Kolleno is an order-to-cash software platform that helps finance teams automate and manage collections, payments, cash application, credit risk, disputes, and forecasting, using AI Agents that operate within a credit policy the team defines. By automating and coordinating these tasks across systems, the platform is designed to shorten collection cycles, reduce the volume of outstanding receivables, and cut down the time finance teams spend on manual collections work. The platform includes: - Two-way, real-time integration with ERPs, CRMs, banks, and payment systems, so account and payment data stays current without manual exports or reconciliation between separate tools. - Automated collections workflows, including drafting and sending client communications across email and other channels based on account status and policy rules. - Payment tracking and cash application, matching incoming payments to invoices and flagging exceptions that require manual review. - Credit risk monitoring that tracks changes in customer risk profiles over time, surfacing accounts that may need attention before they become significantly overdue. - Reporting and forecasting built on live data from connected systems, rather than figures compiled manually from separate exports. Each of these areas is handled by a dedicated AI Agent rather than a single, general-purpose tool. Objectives and policy are set through Maestro, Kolleno's coordination layer, which routes tasks to the relevant agent and sequences actions across the collections cycle. Teams choose how much autonomy to give each agent: using it to surface insights on which accounts need attention, as a copilot that drafts recommended actions for a team member to review and approve, or to execute directly within the policy that has been configured. Kolleno is designed for finance teams at mid-market and enterprise B2B companies, including CFOs, finance directors, finance systems managers, order-to-cash leaders, credit control and collections staff, and financial controllers. It is intended for organizations with meaningful receivables volume, multiple systems involved in the order-to-cash process, and a need for consistent handling of collections, disputes, and credit risk across a large number of accounts. Typical implementation takes around one month, and the platform is built to be usable by finance staff already familiar with accounts receivable processes, without extensive additional training.

What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are better in sending structured reminder communications to our customers which leads to improved cash collection. Also with the Customer Portal the customer can see their invoices and payment methods and pay from the Portal. We are able to send reminders on customer level and not invoice level. What do you like best about Kolleno?

Kolleno has made it much easier for us to handle the payments conversations without damaging our relationships with big corporate partners. The platform’s automated payment reminders are customizable, so we have segregated our partners into different portfolios, allowing us to adjust a tone of voice and strategy per each one. Now that all of our communications is automated, we only need to respond to incoming replies. What do you dislike about Kolleno?

What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kolleno has helped us maintain good relationships with our corporate clients while ensuring invoices get paid on time. We had a lot of overdue payments from companies sending their employees for language training, but we didn’t want to strain those partnerships by chasing payments too aggressively. Now, with Kolleno’s automated and personalized reminders, most clients pay on time without us having to get involved directly. It’s made our payment collection much more efficient and less stressful. What do you like best about Kolleno?

Kolleno has made it incredibly easy for us to simplify payments to our clients. Setting up autopayments has been a game-changer as it gives our clients one less thing to worry about.

What do you like best about Kolleno?

Kolleno's task management dashboard has made it much easier for us to deal with daily tasks! The platform autogenerates the tasks triggered by our own custom workflows that we set up during the onboarding. It also assigns the task to the relevant team member, so everyone gets an overview view of what is happening for each client's payment, who is on top of it and ensure nothing gets forgotten. "Love the AI update!!"

What do you like best about Kolleno?

The new Kolleno GPT AI chat is very impressive! I used this AI chatbot to diagnose a collection workflow problem, and it explained to me reasons for why one of the companies didn’t enroll. This new update is saving our team a lot of time on building and troubleshooting the automation. It really does empower us to optimize collection workflows faster, and the monitoring of their performance got so much easier after the new dashboard release. The system runs like clockwork and the integrations are working well - so nothing to dislike. Data flows perfectly between the systems, which makes it a very smooth process to manage. Staying on top of the receivables collections and supplying our clients with payment links - it's so convenient that now we don’t need to call them and take the payment via the phone - with Kolleno we have a white-labeled payment portal for each of the clients where they can view all the outstanding invoices and pay via the method they prefer. What do you like best about Kolleno?

Kollno significantly simplified our receivables management by bringing together all the customer information, communications, and payments into a single platform. The customer success team is always available, very quick on SLA and receptive to the new feature suggestions, for example the update on dashboard to incorporate ageing reports report to showcase clients contacted and not contacted within each bracket.
