**What do you like best about Kokoro?**

The experience is as thoughtful as the insights it generates. The interface is intuitive, visually elegant, and engaging for users. The questions are masterfully crafted, sparking reflections that go straight to the heart of team dynamics. It’s a tool that feels as human as the process it supports and is scientifically backed.

**What do you dislike about Kokoro?**

There’s nothing to dislike about Kokoro itself. The only caveat is that it’s not a “set-it-and-forget-it” tool. It requires follow-up conversations to unlock its full potential. Data alone doesn’t drive change — dialogue does.

**Recommendations to others considering Kokoro:**

Start small. Use Kokoro with a pilot team and see how it organically surfaces the topics that truly matter. You’ll be surprised by the depth of insight and the richness of the conversations that follow. **What do you like best about Kokoro?**

For me as a professional psychologist a scientific foundation of organizational development tools is a quality gate before I start using them. Kokoro offers an easy to understand foundation in the theories of belongingness, psychological safety and flow.
Despite that scientific roots, applying the tool is very intuitive and easy going. Just what you need in a busy work environment.

**What do you dislike about Kokoro?**

Onboarding the team onto the three scientific concepts should be done before. This needs some time invest but is worth every second spend.

**Recommendations to others considering Kokoro:**

Developing the team is enabled by the use of Kokoro, nevertheless it is not self-sufficient to only measure. Plan for sufficient time to work with the results.

**What problems is Kokoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When developing new (leadership) teams e.g. after taking over the team lead it is not easy to track progress on a path to high performance.
Kokoro is offering an easy to grasp and intuitive way of measuring the team's development on key dimensions of High Performance enablers.

**What do you like best about Kokoro?**

Kokoro goes beyond pure theory and fits into the dynamics of complex processes. This allows us to initiate the right conversations and develop together. This supports transformation and is the key to successful self-organization in complex times.

**What do you dislike about Kokoro?**

Getting people to trust each other in the work environment and therefore createing a safe space does not happen over night. it takes time and commitment. Kokoro cannot elimante this entirely. It is though a good way to start that gives teams an intuitive and playful approach to speaking up for themselves.

**Recommendations to others considering Kokoro:**

Trust the process. At first it is uncomfortable but the result is well worth it.

**What problems is Kokoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kokoro brings together teams that have never taken the tame to actually talk and listen. Transformation within an organisation can only go so fare if people do not have phsychological safety withing their work environment. Changing corporate culture cannot be successful if we do not meet each other on a peronal level.

**What do you like best about Kokoro?**

The tool is very easy to use and intuitive to operate. It only takes 5 minutes per week, but the medium- to long-term impact is enormous. It provides valuable insights for leaders!

**What do you dislike about Kokoro?**

To achieve the desired results, commitment is essential, especially from leaders. It requires actively working with the tool. While this is only partially related to Kokoro itself, it is a crucial part of the process to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved. It takes conviction, but the investment definitely pays off.

**What problems is Kokoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kokoro's tool helps establish psychological safety in teams over the long term, thereby enhancing team performance. As humans, we don’t always openly share our insecurities, emotional states, or fears because we fear being judged by others. Kokoro's simple tool enables teams to gain anonymized insights behind the scenes, fostering the right conversations to address these concerns.

Setting up new teams and survey plans is fast and easy. Also always grateful for reminders in my inbox!

**What do you dislike about Kokoro?**

No downsides. The Kokoro team is very responsive and eager to help out and improve whenever I need support.

**What problems is Kokoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using Kokoro to assess the group dynamics in a very fast-paced working environment. Our managers need to gain an understanding of the team's concerns and perception of the workload from the very beginning of each performance cycle to be able to support, steer and mentor. The low-barrier and intuitiv approach of Kokoro ensures high participation rates and the report and export features make sure  our Quality Management processes are ISO compliant.

This is not a disadvantage, but it is an issue that you have to be aware of - namely that you also need to be willing to engage in an exchange with the team and that it is important to have the openness to deal with one topic or another.

Kokoro is a great way to get into conversation and encourage teamwork. For managers, it can be a very structured way of talking to the team about the essential topics that directly impact performance and well-being.
