The dashboard of this tool is easy to understand, and you can also set the multiple extensions for your individual team.

It has limited integration available to connect with other tools like freshdesk

It is helping us to maintain a structured record of calls with riespect to the individual teams that also helps to mantain the quality assessment of the calls.

**What do you like best about Knowlarity IVR?**

Knowlarity IVR has a powerful API for authoring custom integrations. There is good customer support and knowledgebase for developing integrations. The Knowlarity IVR API is feature-rich and can tie in to third party CRM applications. The dialing system is easy to use and provides a decent virtual phone number platform.

**What do you dislike about Knowlarity IVR?**

It is based in India so the time zone difference can slow down the development process when needing to contact support. Can sometimes be confusing to navigate.

**What problems is Knowlarity IVR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We created a custom integration between Knowlarity IVR and vTiger CRM using Django. The Django webform could manipulate contact data in the CRM to make calls via Knowlarity. A messaging component of the integration would receive inbound call data from the Knowlarity IVR, open tickets and display a Click2Call pop-up window of the incoming call to bridge the call.

**What do you like best about Knowlarity IVR?**

The best thing about Knowlarity is its easy-to-use interface and we can easily route the calls to different phone numbers with separate extensions. The API option is available for all price plans and can be used to integrate with other software as well.

**What do you dislike about Knowlarity IVR?**

We use Knowlarity API to route calls to a separate software. The API is basic and routes all calls to one Url and there is no way to send different calls from different extensions to different API.

**What problems is Knowlarity IVR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a software product company and we have a phone number listed on our website on which clients and prospective customers can call and reach out to Sales, Support and HR departments. Implementing Knowlarity is an affordable solution that covers our need and routes the call to separate departments. Also we use Webhooks to transfer call data via APIs built into the software

**What do you like best about Knowlarity IVR?**

Easy of use: Knowlarity IVR is very easy to set up and get started with. You just need to add an agent and give a missed call to your support number. It is just a matter of a few clicks and touches.

Integration is super smooth and seamless. We have integrated it with our CRM and it went well without any error.

Reporting and recorded calls help us in managing the quality of our team and help them improve in the areas where they lack.

**What do you dislike about Knowlarity IVR?**

Support is slow-they should work on their documentation and resolution matrix.

Sometimes call to a new number that is not available in their database takes time.

In terms of pricing, it is a bit costly.

Knowlarity eases the entire contact center requirement by taking it to the cloud, makes it easy to setup, manage and provides a modern interface convenient to agents.

**What do you dislike about Knowlarity IVR?**

There nothing much that you dislike about the solution as such. There may be a few service disruptions but they happen because of the telecom service providers. Knowlarity team helps us restore back services faster.

Knowlarity is a fast growing organisation and very keen to provide quality service. Recommended.

We used to face challenge in maintaining our own hardware and software for contact centre. Moving to the cloud eased the entire process as we do not have to deal with the hardware part any more and can better focus on running the contact centre.

We can attempt thousands of users within seconds for any conversational/non-conversational marketing campaign. Without human interference, You can capture the VOC of the customers within short spam.

There is nothing I got as such about the product. It's good to have options in the company.

Covering lakh of users in seconds reduces the cost of the PRI/SIP bills, and of course, you can utilize the calling team in another voice campaign.

Nothing. I trusted that they would be developer-friendly and self-service but they are not!

Their technology is unbrearable. Their code is written by some interns or someone who has no understanding of technology whatsoever! They recommend a GET request to create users

The best part of Knowlarity was the data capturing. As an MIS, I can use Knowlarity for the activity tracking of my sales team. I love the timestamp fields for every activity.

The dislike which we had in Knowlarity is, it struck sometime in between. As a product-based company, we will mainly focus on timing. So it will affect us a bit.

The benefits we have in Knowlarity are call conferencing and direct integration with our CRM. I think it's the best IVR software for calling services.

Knowlarity allows incoming calls. We can easily make calls and call recording is getting updated on real time basis. Dialled calls, connected calls and call time is updated on real time basis is very useful

Knowlarity error and spam reports are resolved very late. Incoming calls are shown from knowlarity number but not the customer number. It makes confusions

Knowlarity can easily used for connecting people without revealing your personal number. And the customer can also contact back to the same number, which i felt so good facility

Simple integration with current software and very fast response even and additional response team working behind to solve our problems

Sometimes it take so much time to get the call connected or to come in our mobile . Also call time reftection takes some time

Last time we were using another ivr called ameyo but it is hectic like need to copy paste each lead number to their page and call now knowlarity is integrated with each lead do very easy to call

cx can even call back to knowlarity number

what I personally dislike the most is downloading recordings is bit hard

easy to use from mobile and lap as well

errors happen in which most of them include 403 errors and voice not heard (it comes like once in 15 days )

easy to track down leads so as to follow up leads in an organized manner

**What do you like best about Knowlarity IVR?**

The few best things about knowlarity is the support they give you after sales. I have been using it from last 5 years now as an admin and it has offered almost every customisation I requested for. 

**What do you dislike about Knowlarity IVR?**

What I don’t like about knowlarity is there are few basic features missing from the default dashboard which can be added paying a extra cost. 

**What problems is Knowlarity IVR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we are using knowlarity to handle our collection & sales campaigns. With the auto dialer it not only makes it fast to connect with more users but also improves the agent productivity.
