IT IS INTEGRATED TO CRM SO VERY EASY TO USE JUST CLICK AND CALL

GETS DETAILED REPORT ABOUT CALL TIME, CALL RECORDING, MANAGER AUDITING REPORTS, INBOUND CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY CALL LOG AND WHICH HELP IN THE GROWTH PHASE OF THE CAREER AND ALSO ATTENDANCE MARKING Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

NOT HAVE The OPTION TO CALL A PARTICULAR NUMBER WHICH DO NOT EXIST IN THE SYSTEM. NEED TO CALL MANAGER EACH TIME ND SHARE THE NUMBER THEN HE WILL MAKE AND SENT THE LEAD THEN NEED TO CALL THE CX

A LOT OF SPAM REPORTING IN THE NUBER THEY ARE ALWAYS USING THE SAME SET OF PHONE NUMBER Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Knowlarity allows incoming calls. We can easily make calls and call recording is getting updated on real time basis. Dialled calls, connected calls and call time is updated on real time basis is very useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Knowlarity error and spam reports are resolved very late. Incoming calls are shown from knowlarity number but not the customer number. It makes confusions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The few best things about knowlarity is the support they give you after sales. I have been using it from last 5 years now as an admin and it has offered almost every customisation I requested for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

What I don’t like about knowlarity is there are few basic features missing from the default dashboard which can be added paying a extra cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently we are using knowlarity to handle our collection & sales campaigns. With the auto dialer it not only makes it fast to connect with more users but also improves the agent productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
