
I seems like a retred of the old model with the hopes of buzz words of 'sustainable, and cloud born' will atract a specific demographic. While another demographic is worried about practical revune and keeping the lights on.
Again, unless they have a US based support staff, turn around time on issues could be good, or and issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The time they spend telling us about how, or don't tell us acutally, they are a sustainable company.
