**What do you like best about Know Your Customer?**

It is very easy to use, now we are able to onboard our customers digital way and KYC is the important part for financial institutions as well where we may able to know customer's monthly average transactions,  nature of business,  counter parties, ultimate beneficiaries etc. KYC provide in depth overview of customer's business and their day to day transactions.

**What do you dislike about Know Your Customer?**

There is nothing dislike i found in KYC platform yet. It is truly beneficial for FIN tech industry.

**What problems is Know Your Customer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was very difficult for financial institutions to manage compliance requirements on AML and onboard new customers but by using KYC platform our digital customers onboarding is now convenient and we enhanced our business efficiently.

**What do you like best about Know Your Customer?**

I think it's easy to use. I had no problem understanding and using it. The security and identification confirmation process is quite strict to prevent the chances of fraud or identity theft or to prevent digital scams.

**What do you dislike about Know Your Customer?**

I think it's more intrusive and intimidating. Maybe do checks but also trust regular users. I used it many times but improvements are welcome.

**What problems is Know Your Customer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me identify potential fraudsters who sound suspicious. Digital crimes/scam are increasing day-by-day and its great to know that I can use a reliable product in order to conduct safe dealings.

efficiency is greatly increase reducing onboarding time by more than 3/4th 
Helps us with authentication and security as well

Misuse of data and reduced privacy could be a small concern depending upon whos using KYC

Literally nothing - they failed to deliver my order and never responded to my emails.

**What do you dislike about Know Your Customer?**

Everything. I placed an order, was charged, and the report never arrived. I have emailed them six times to follow up, and they have ignored my emails.

Know Your Customer is not solving any problems. They sell "reports" but they do not deliver the reports.

Know Your Customer is a great fraud prevention tool. It really helped when checking the validity of a customers payments.

**What do you dislike about Know Your Customer?**

The least helpful thing and this may just be my opinion, was that it's not super intuitive, but it still works great. It just takes some getting used to the system.

**What problems is Know Your Customer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me to verify the that the source of customer funds was legitimate. That in itself was extremely helpful as it's easy for people to commit fraud unless you have a system and are able to verify legitimacy of funds.

You can devise all of your offerings according to clients' likings and also place your offer accordingly. Moreover, it helps as a tool for Fraud early warning system (FEWS)

You sometimes have to probe the client which you know is legit but still, need to fill up all of the KYC and compliance details hence it kind of gets awkward at times as well.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants clarity about the kind of client portfolio they are building

We know by using KYC that these clients have the potential for availing out of our unsecured lending facilities or not and if we approve their loan what will be the probability of it not performing well when it comes to paying EMI's

From the first time I started a course on International Trading, I heard about this thing called the KYC. where I can learn more about our customers. Never did I know that it is an actual platform that covers a wide coverage of countless companies around the world!

**What do you dislike about Know Your Customer?**

Currently, there are a few jurisdictions that the KYC is not covering, so it can be a pain when we have to try other resources to gather the information that we need. However, the KYC team is all very helpful in finding some solutions for us.

**What problems is Know Your Customer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most times, we need to check on each company to see if they are suitable to work with us, and it is important that we can do a simple check on that. We are glad that we can find more information from the KYC that can help us.
