## About Knovari
Nearly every consulting deliverable contains confidential client content. That one fact keeps most of a firm's intellectual property locked in project folders. Proposals get rebuilt from scratch. Knowledge bases stay thin. AI tools run only on the small slice of content that happens to be safe. The bottleneck is sanitisation. Cleaning a deck by hand takes hours, so it rarely happens. And when it does, it often fails: manually sanitised decks are routinely still re-identifiable from context. Knovari automates the job. Built by strategy consultants for the consulting use case, it scans PowerPoint deliverables, identifies confidential content using a proprietary sensitivity framework, and sanitises each deck in minutes rather than hours. The same process is sometimes called redaction, blinding, scrubbing or anonymisation. Knovari covers all of it. Two operating modes. Detection and flagging: Knovari scans a deck and produces a sensitivity report, with every flagged item categorised, scored and located, so your team decides what to change. Automated redaction: Knovari sanitises the deck itself, replacing confidential content with realistic anonymised alternatives so the storyline and structure survive. No black boxes, no gutted slides. Three things set it apart. Consulting-context detection: Knovari works on concepts, not keyword patterns. It knows the difference between a public company name and a confidential M&A target, and removes only client-tied elements, down to colour-coded shapes and harvey balls. Code-level cleansing: manual review misses what you cannot see, such as embedded chart data, workbook names and logo URLs hidden inside the file. Knovari cleans the underlying XML and is think-cell compatible. Auditable by design: every change is logged, highlighted and explained, so consultants get speed and risk and compliance teams get evidence. The payoff is far more reusable IP, proposals assembled from real prior work rather than memory, and a knowledge base that is safe to put behind AI search, generation and agents. Knovari is PowerPoint-native because that is what consulting firms actually produce. Word, Excel and PDF are on the roadmap.
