**What do you like best about KnotAPI?**

Knot is a very innovative take on making customer experience easier to use. Knot helps our customers switch their cards over in one tap, making it a lot easier for end users to begin utilizing our cards in market.

**What do you dislike about KnotAPI?**

The platform is early. The team is still working on developing in-depth analytics, which would mean we don't have to use our engineering resources to get insights.

**What problems is KnotAPI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Card switching is very frustrating for end users and Knot is making the process a lot more seamless for folks.
