1. Talent Quarterly Business Review Automation: Able to pull critical data needed for People Operation's focus areas including insights around hiring, talent density, and attrition. Knoetic helps us visualize our people data for the Executive Team to easily highlight opportunities for investment.
2. Report Automation: Automates the manual roster of employee data I was maintaining previously with complex formulas. Huge time savings for me and my team. This also helps us pull reporting outside of ADP. ADP's reporting module can be cumbersome, so being able to pull reports in Knoetic cuts down on the time it takes to pull information in the way we need.
3. Aggregating People Data: We're able to layer our performance data from Lattice onto our HRIS data from ADP so that we can gain insights.
4. Democratizing People Data: The ability to share restricted information with other teams such as Workplace, Finance, and Knowledge & Collaboration so certain individuals can pull their own employee-related information without having to involve our department.
