**What do you like best about Knoetic?**

I use the tool quite often, and for quarterly data overviews with our Senior Leadership
- very easy to use, intuitive
- love that we now have more customizable colors for better graph readability keeping our brand colors
- easy to build reports and dashboards
- easy to get the visuals for presentations

**What do you dislike about Knoetic?**

- I hope the recruitment reporting will be ready soon :) 
- sometimes combining two data points and a time period is limited

**What problems is Knoetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do quarterly overviews on key metrics for our Senior Leadership.
Also, once you have built the dashboards for relevant topics, it is very easy to get quick overview on important topics on need basis. 
In the future it would be great to start seeing trends on our metrics and also insights/forecasts for future.
The Genie AI and Insights is also great solution from recent updates giving key insights from reports. Important to note is, that the AI does not understand the key metrics on the report, so you need to be sure the metrics you put in, make sense to combine and then it will give insights.

**What do you like best about Knoetic?**

Knoetic has come a long way since we implemented it in August 2022.  We were using ChartHop prior to coming to Knoetic and it has been night a day for our analytics.  A big reason Knoetic was better for us was because they take on the difficult work of building out the formulas and mappings of our data on the back end.  With ChartHop, we had to build our own formulas using CQL.

We use ADP Workforce Now as our HRIS, which can be difficult to integrate with. 
 The first few attempts to connect our data weren't giving us the visibility we needed, but Knoetic was responsive to our feedback and provided an SFTP file feed option which allowed us to include almost all of our data.  

I've gone from manually reviewing and updating our people analytics in a Google Sheet, to being able to pull up-to-date charts that are automatically updated daily.  Huge time savings for me and my team!  

Another thing I love about Knoetic is the ability to share limited data with our cross functional partners.  Now I can build and share reports with specific teams without access concerns.  

Knoetic consistently releases product improvements based on our feedback.  They take the time to understand our goals and use cases.

**What do you dislike about Knoetic?**

We aren't able to pull in variable compensation information into the platform just yet, but this is something they're looking into.  We would also like our Recruiting metrics within Knoetic, but there isn't an integration to our ATS, Ashby just yet.

**What problems is Knoetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. ​​Talent Quarterly Business Review Automation: Able to pull critical data needed for People Operation's focus areas including insights around hiring, talent density, and attrition.  Knoetic helps us visualize our people data for the Executive Team to easily highlight opportunities for investment.  
2. Report Automation: Automates the manual roster of employee data I was maintaining previously with complex formulas.  Huge time savings for me and my team.  This also helps us pull reporting outside of ADP.  ADP's reporting module can be cumbersome, so being able to pull reports in Knoetic cuts down on the time it takes to pull information in the way we need.  
3. Aggregating People Data: We're able to layer our performance data from Lattice onto our HRIS data from ADP so that we can gain insights.  
4. Democratizing People Data: The ability to share restricted information with other teams such as Workplace, Finance, and Knowledge & Collaboration so certain individuals can pull their own employee-related information without having to involve our department.  This gives people access to the information they need in real-time in a secure way.  People Ops is no longer a bottle neck.

**What do you like best about Knoetic?**

The platform makes data collation, data analysis and data visualisation easy. An excellent tool for a People Leader to be able to self service and make data driven decisions. Great interactive org chart, compensation and additional features too

**What do you dislike about Knoetic?**

The company is still growing and so it hasn't achieved all it is setting out to do yet. However with the responsiveness and pro-acticeness of the product and engineering teams, it's never too long until any feature requests are implemented.

Interactive org charts are fantastic - being able to filter, highlight and review on any metric is brilliant
Reduces the need to rely on BI/Data Warehousing teams
Easy setup and intuitive to use

**What do you like best about Knoetic?**

Knoetic plugs into your existing HR and Recruiting systems to bring the data together into meaningful insights that arm the People team with accurate data to help drive decisions. In order to be a good strategic partner to the business, People teams need to be armed with data - and Knoetic is an invaluable tool to get the right information at the right time, whether it's a quick reporting need, preparing to meet with a department head, or board reporting.
There is the ability to cut, sort and filter the data in countless ways, but it's simple and easy to use. The ability to create and share customized dashboards is also valuable.
Additionally, the Knoetic team is constantly learning, listening and coming out with new releases to make the tool even more useful. I love this software!

**What do you dislike about Knoetic?**

Every once in awhile some small thing will come up that needs a fix, but the Knoetic team is always responsive and fast in getting it solved.

**What problems is Knoetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing together disparate sources of people data and presenting them in visual, dynamic formats that drive insight.
Making it easy to get access to (and share) people data to help answer questions, present a business case or identify people issues.

**What do you like best about Knoetic?**

I love the org chart functionality. It's easy to drill down into various parts of the org and still see additional employee details as needed.

It's really easy to run reports out of the system. We're been able to quickly add data fields that are already in our HRIS or ATS. It's often easier/faster to run reports out of Knoetic than the HRIS itself.

**What do you dislike about Knoetic?**

I wish there was the ability to shift columns around when setting up an employee report. This would be particularly helpful for recurring reports that may be used in other analysis outside the tool so that data comes out in the view/order that we prefer rather than having to further manipulate it.

**What problems is Knoetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knoetic provides a great visual of our org structure and it's easy to find employees and confirm reporting relationships. 

The reporting tool is fast and easy to use. I can quickly get to the employee data I need via self-service rather than having to reach out to other members of our People Team.

The easy-to-use dashboards and reporting. I love the team and know that I always have support and know that they will take my feedback to heart. The product is user friendly and extremely intuitive.

There are some missing functionalities like benchmarks and sharing the dashboards as a link.

**What do you like best about Knoetic?**

Knoetic is intuitive and easy to use. HR leaders can quickly pull insights on complex and nuanced use cases to have a more accurate pulse of their business and share those insights with company leaders to empower leaders at every level of the organization. Their customer service is also the best of the best.

**What do you dislike about Knoetic?**

Some integrations will be more sophisticated and built out over time, increasing the complexity of insights that HR leaders can pull from Knoetic. I am confident in the team and their ability to launch enhancements and new integrations - they have done this over the last year.

**What problems is Knoetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knoetic allows me to pull real-time insights into nuanced use cases across the organization in minutes, pulling from multiple systems in a way that would take me hours if I had to export data from disparate systems and analyze it outside of the product on my own. It also allows me to empower my cross-functional leaders as they have access to Knoetic and can pull insights in real time, simply and easily, themselves.

**What do you like best about Knoetic?**

the data collection within what fields you want to see in a report are easy to customize what fields you want to look at, compared to running a census in our ADP system that provides a huge data dump and takes several iterations of filtering through to get this information you want to look at in a report.

We are still experiencing a few kinks in the data connection as certain fields, such as previous annual salary or compensation change reasons are missing.

**What do you like best about Knoetic?**

Knoetic takes basic analytics and provides a beautiful HR dashboard, it shows you any data integrity issues that are within your HRIS and provide easy anlytics that can be provided to the C-suite as necessary. The ability to share reports and breakdown permissions are quite helpful. Our CSM, Autumn is spectactular - anytime we have an issue or if there is a missing feauture she is able to find a repair, implement a new feature or help us immeadiatly or add it to the Knoetic road map.

**What do you dislike about Knoetic?**

This is not an issue with Knoetic but the with Namely itself - the way Namely is set up it does not send rehires information properly and can cause issues in the data being reflected.

**What problems is Knoetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our current HRIS does not reflect data in a clean and easy to read manner and Knoetic has made it easier to set up reporting to managers and upper level exectutives.

**What do you like best about Knoetic?**

I like how Knoetic integrates with so many of the tools our team already uses--our PEO, our survey platform, and more. I also appreciate how so many members of our team can use the tool for different purposes: HR, Recruiting, Culture and at different levels-- I.e. some kind have access to reports, some can have limited access, and more!

**What do you dislike about Knoetic?**

Our experience with Knoetic has been fantastic so far! Our rep is super responsive to our questions and able to provide us with what we need via demonstrations if needed. We have had some obstacles with automated integrations, however, the Knoetic engineer is extremely helpful and directs us when needed.

**What problems is Knoetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knoetic is helping us house all important information in one place--this has already made our processes more efficient, however, we anticipate this being even more beneficial to use at EOY when we do our reviews. This will help us understand an individual's performance, history at the company and more.

**What do you like best about Knoetic?**

Knoetic makes it super easy to slice and dice my data by all sorts of filters. What takes me 10 seconds in Knoetic used to take me over an hour using my HRIS data and google sheets. I no longer fear my end of month People data reports! The tool is also beautiful, so my charts from Knoetic can be pasted directly into my slide decks for executives.

**What do you dislike about Knoetic?**

Still waiting for historical data on current employees. I'm told that's coming soon which will be a total game-changer to show headcount growth by team, etc. Engagement data would be nice to have at a division/department/manager level as well, but right now it's just a display tile on the main dashboard.

I can pull attrition data by department, tenure, gender, performance score, etc in a matter of seconds. These types of reports used to take me days to complete every month!

Knoetic's dashboard is straightforward and easy to navigate - I can pull a report within seconds and customize the information to specific fields. Knoetic has the ability to get to data-driven answers in seconds.

The only downside of Knoetic is that sometimes I need specific fields for my reports - I then have to reach out to our CSM to assist with creating a custom field in the Employee reporting tool. Regardless, the CSM's are extremely helpful!

Knoetic is very beneficial for our team as having one system to access all data across all of our other systems is extremely helpful and saves our team a lot of time.

Being able to combine the information from multiple systems into one place is the most helpful part of the tool. It takes away the manual part of reporting and gives you everything at your fingertips. The team is also super helpful and great to work with

As it is a newer platform there are sometimes data pull issues. The team is always very speedy and proactive in helping to find workarounds while they sort the issues

So far it's quite easy to use and the data can be parsed in many different ways.  I've used it for many different reports and am able to effectively get what I need quickly.

**What do you dislike about Knoetic?**

The reporting functionality takes some getting used to.  Knoetic does a good job of showing you the kinds of reports you can do, but instead of manipulating one large report how you like there are many different reports and you need to know what report is where before you can get what you need.

DEI analytics are always difficult and this is where it shines.  I can slice and dice by all kinds of people metrics that shine lights particularly where we need.

The customer success team is fantastic and always responsive!  The ease of running reports with data driven answers in a matter of minutes is unmatched!  Our HRIS reporting was so complicated and customer service non-existent, so signing up with Knoetic was a no brainer!  It does all they say and more!

I honestly cannot think of a thing.  It's ease of use and finding answers without reaching out to the customer success team is amazing.

Working with the team and the collaboration.  Katie and Jason have been great partners in ensuring that the platform works to our organization's needs in regards to reporting and have been very hands-on in working with us directly.

**What do you dislike about Knoetic?**

One thing about Knoetic is that sometimes the reporting doesn't meet the organization's needs initally but it gets worked out eventually.

**What problems is Knoetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that we are solving with Knoetic is our reporting needs on a People/HR/Compensation level.  Our current systems do not talk to each other and we have to use a lot of data manipulation within Google Sheets/Excel and create ad hoc reporting. The benefits so far working with Knoetic have saved our People Ops team a lot of time with a push of a button.

**What do you like best about Knoetic?**

I like that the dashboard is so incredibly easy to use and navigate to get the data that I need in mere seconds! It allows us to quickly break down data by various cuts, e.g., departments, managers, diversity, and so on. It is an incredible product and something I look forward to checking daily.  I like that the integration and set-up were very little help on my side and the Knoetic team handled basically everything. I like the follow-up calls with me and my team to answer questions, set up reports, and ensure we are comfortable with the tool. I feel well cared for as a client. We have a dedicated person who brings in experts if needed. Overall the system is intuitive and provides data to help me tell the story quickly of what is going on in my organization.

**What do you dislike about Knoetic?**

There is nothing that I dislike. The system works well and gives us the information that we need. The service is impeccable!

**Recommendations to others considering Knoetic:**

Trust that the people at Knoetic know what they are doing. They are dedicated to making sure the integration, their technology, and their service enhance your ability to understand your organization's data better. There is no better tool out there that can do what Knoetic does and do it well.

**What problems is Knoetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knoetic helps us see our data history and provides insights on the data to formulate where we need to go. I have been in several meetings where someone might ask a question and I am able to quickly bring up data using Knoetic whether it is diversity, recruiting, attrition data. The benefit is that my team and I no longer struggle pulling data from our payroll system/HRIS. We always look and feel prepared and knowledgeable. The dashboard and customization allow us to see data in many different ways and report on it quickly. We also empower our managers by setting up automatic reports so that they can be knowledgeable about their numbers/staff. I also use the data to build Board slides on diversity, hiring, and retention. Slides that took hours to build now take minutes. The short- and long-term benefits are that I spend less time worrying about getting data. I can now spend more time thinking about what is the story of the data, strategically about how to use it, and what solutions we can create to make change in our organization.  Knoetic elevates my knowledge so that I can do my job well. Knoetic is game-changing!

The interface for Knoetic is clean and easy to use.  Data is right where I need it and can easily be filtered for exactly what I'm looking for even in front of the Board!

We are trying to get our engagement data in to complete the employee picture.  It is still in testing so I am looking forward to that being better enabled and then used in how we evaluate our employees and the risks around them.

If you want to consolidate data from disparate systems to gain a holistic view of your workforce, Knoetic is the right tool for you!

I use Knoetic to understand my employees and can easily drill down to quickly assess each team and flag if there are any issues within them.  The ability to pull information in from disparate systems is critical to analyze my organization fully and propose solutions to my CEO and Board.  We use Knoetic to drive our metrics that we present to the Board each quarter.

As our business gets more complex and with it the need to make smart data-drive decisions quickly, it can be very challenging to leverage all of the different data points that reside in multiple HR system. Knoetics solves that problem in an elegant and agile way. The flexible visual interface makes it easy to look at data from multiple angles and from there generate key insights that can be easily exported and shared with the leadership level.

There really isn't anything because the Knoetics team has been so incredible to work with. Whenever we have questions or even wish lists for things we'd like to see, the team is incredibly responsive both from a customer support and a product development perspective.

Having a one-stop shop to access all of the disparate data across our systems means we can stop manipulating spreadsheets and instead spend time on what the data is telling us. For example, being able to drill deeply into topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion across hiring data, promotional, and retention data at both the company and team level all in once place is game changing. We're able to see patterns and trends that aren't readily apparent when looking at the data points in isolation and from there use that to develop and drive specific action plans.

Coming from a company with various entities and complications behind reporting in our HRIS because of it, I truly depend on Knoetic for my employee data and reporting. In a compensation role, I am always running refreshed employee reports and Knoetic makes my job so much easier! I also love that Katie Kim is super responsive and always finding solutions for my reporting and data needs.

Nothing as of yet. I have used the general headcount dashboards and have been able to get estimated insights for compensation trends surveys. I will spend more time diving into the Analytics capabilities once I have spare time following our annual comp cycle. I think it will be a huge help and can follow up with feedback on that later on!

Zenefits capabilities are super limited with reporting for our company and running reports is absolutely tedious!
