I like how easy it is to use as a marketing operations manager. It's super simple to onboard new Knak users and there are tons of training resources that are super detailed, clear, and helpful. The Knak support team is awesome. For our team, the ability for our creative manager to design modules and themes for the rest of the team has been huge. It ensures that all of our assets look good, are on-brand, and we can focus on other areas like content and strategy. I enjoy using the live preview links, improving communication with internal teams and stakeholders, allowing easier review and approval processes. We previously did all reviews manually, using screenshots and redlining. Knak has streamlined this process tremendously. It's easy to leave comments and pin them to places where we want to make changes. Knak also integrates with Marketo, which we use for tokenization.
