Clients, projects, deliverables, quotes and invoices are rows in the same database, not separate tools wired together. An accepted quote becomes an invoice with no re-entry. Each client has one record: identity, contacts, projects, invoices, balance, files and an audit trail. Projects run on a kanban you define, with time logged per task and per account. Deliverables are written in a built-in editor, versioned, then approved or sent back for revision. Quotes are built from an offer catalogue, signed electronically, then billed at once, on deposit, or across 2 to 24 instalments. Recurring subscriptions, VAT handling and ageing balances are included. The nine-page client portal carries your brand. Clients approve deliverables, sign quotes, pay invoices and message you securely, without seeing your margin or internal tasks.
