**What do you like best about kirmada?**

I love that Kirmada tracks my time, while also allowing me to make any necessary edits, while describing the tasks for that time period. I also love haveing unique tabs for each client with all thier important sites bookmarked, so I can easilyy do the required tasks for each client without looking up thier infoeach time

**What do you dislike about kirmada?**

I bought it as a newer software and I am looking forward to the improvements being made in the next release.

**What problems is kirmada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of time spent for each client effortlessly along with all their info in one place.

**What do you like best about kirmada?**

I have started using Kirmada a few months ago and I absolutely love it. Very easy and practical to use, it improved my productivity and revenue, I wouldn't change it with any other system. If you are not sure what CRM to use, if you are not practical on all this, this is the system to go for. The support that I have from the Kirmada family is outstanding and you can do almost everything with it.
The only improvement that could be done is around the social media management, but then everything else is spot on.

**What do you dislike about kirmada?**

Nothing really the system is well made and well structured

**What problems is kirmada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More productivity, more revenue, more organisation

**What do you like best about kirmada?**

- Easy to use and understand. 
- Quick setup and structuring of projects and clients
- Time-saving when switching between projects and clients
- Money-saving by keeping track of my time being spent on each project 
- Ability to create and manage project/client-specific documents in secure storage
- Ability to share workspaces and documents with colleagues
- Direct social media connectivity with the ability to schedule posts

**What do you dislike about kirmada?**

Very little. Some improvements I would suggest would be...
- More use of the in-built calendar / schedule would be beneficial - e.g. being able to add meetings and calls into the calendar in addition to social media posts etc. 
- Some tweaking of the UI - although very well designed, it would benefit from some minor improvements to standardise UX across all of the screens
- More use of the Social In-Box - I think this could be a really powerful tool and a big time saver that would collect together all incoming messages - email and social - in one place.

**What problems is kirmada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. To manage multiple clients and projects more efficiently by saving my time and effort jumping between client tabs and searching for information 
2. To more accurately track the time I am spending on clients and projects to improve my billing
3. To centralise my social media posts saving me time and effort by avoiding having to jump between social channels
