There are a ton of great plug in options, and it's very developer friendly. **What do you dislike about Kirby?** Some of the page layouts are a bit confusing, and it's not exactly the easiest to learn and get started with. **What problems is Kirby solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a good CMS but a highly-customizable platform that can integrate a lot of different features. ### 2. Kirby's flexibility makes it particularly valuable for tailoring solutions to specific industry requirements and client needs. **What do you dislike about Kirby?** Development wise, I wish it were in another language besides php. I'm also not a huge Vue fan. That said, php doesn't look like it is going anywhere soon. So this is only a personal preference. **What problems is Kirby solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Custom CMS without assumptions on content - Flexible system that can handle any type of content - Faster and more performant sites than database driven content ### 3. This feature of composing individual interfaces for content modification enables me to design unique layouts for the clients as per their requirements. **What do you dislike about Kirby?** Kirby provides far less content management built-In features compared to its competitors though is still highly customizable. Additional development efforts are needed for out-of-the-box content scheduling, user management, and other modes of work flow. **What problems is Kirby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kirby allows developers to create custom content management systems which cater to a particular project. The choice of headless architecture gives full control over the front end while the adaptable back end permits client-specific internal interfaces. ### 4. I didn't have to waste time watching tutorials or reading user guides before my first client build. This thing just drives like a bike. The UI is super intuitive and the customization options are there for almost everything imaginable. We used to rely on Wordpress which has come to feel stale. With Kirby everything had a slicker look, which our clients have come to love. Maintenance time had been greatly reduced allowing us to take on more business and run a leaner organization. Huge fan of what Kirby is selling. **What do you dislike about Kirby?** Kirby doesn't have the brand recognition yet that the word presses of the world have. Therefore, they have not had the time to build a reputation and the client trust that comes with it. Keep doing what you're doing Kirby, and you will get there! **Recommendations to others considering Kirby:** Give their free trial a spin and let me know what you think! **What problems is Kirby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Building web sites and online portals for our customers has never been easier to launch and maintain, all "customizeable" out of the box. Of course you can get acquainted with the tools you use the most but sometimes it's kind of difficult to find other tools, as they seem to be hidden **What problems is Kirby solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am now able to have more easy file-based management system that covers both sitewide and microsite tasks. I also struggled with folders (could never find the needed files because i had over 40-50 folders) before but with Kirby it's much easier due to its plugins and search engine ### 6. It gives me important advantages, of saving time, I can execute it without fulfilling a previous training, the client can personalize his contents, update his websites and make changes for his comfort. It has become the best and main selling point of ours. It is a really easy software being all aware of the great service it offers **What do you dislike about Kirby?** It is extremely easy, and that can be a bit complicated and a limitation for larger companies, which demand other features, so far it is suitable only for smaller companies. **Recommendations to others considering Kirby:** It greatly facilitates your work, it has helped me to build and also maintain a significant amount of my clients' websites. **What problems is Kirby solving and how is that benefiting you?** The very simple and fast maintenance process is very pleasant, this process is really efficient, very good maintenance, and despite being a great software it offers you a very simple and easy to understand presentation. ### 9. You can customize almost everything in the CMS like the layout, drivers. It's really portable because it's a flat file system, but if you want to use MSQL its works too! **What do you dislike about Kirby?** The documentation is good, but it has room for improvements. **Recommendations to others considering Kirby:** Just download the starter-kit, and see for yourself how easy Kirby is. **What problems is Kirby solving and how is that benefiting you?** It took me too much time to maintain my websites with WordPress. Development-time with Kirby is shorter.
