Kipdesk Reviews & Product Details

KipDesk adds an AI assistant to your website that answers visitors' questions day and night and sends you everyone who wants a quote, a call back or a person. It's built for small service businesses: tradespeople, salons, cleaners and local services, plus small software teams. - **Set up from your website.** Paste your address. KipDesk reads your site and drafts your services, prices, hours and areas. You approve each fact. - **Answers only from what you approved.** Each answer shows its source. When it doesn't know, it says so instead of guessing, takes the visitor's details, and adds the question to your list to answer once. - **Every lead emailed straight away,** with the whole chat. - **Talk to a person.** Visitors can ask for you, and you reply from your dashboard inside their chat. - **Looks like your site.** Your colour and logo, light or dark, placed where you want it. Replies in the visitor's language. - **WordPress plugin** with one-click connect, or one line of code on any other site. Unlike most chat tools, the AI is included in the price: plans start at $19 a month for 500 conversations, with no per-message or per-resolution charges, and you're never charged extra if you get busy.
