KipDesk adds an AI assistant to your website that answers visitors' questions day and night and sends you everyone who wants a quote, a call back or a person. It's built for small service businesses: tradespeople, salons, cleaners and local services, plus small software teams. - \*\*Set up from your website.\*\* Paste your address. KipDesk reads your site and drafts your services, prices, hours and areas. You approve each fact. - \*\*Answers only from what you approved.\*\* Each answer shows its source. When it doesn't know, it says so instead of guessing, takes the visitor's details, and adds the question to your list to answer once. - \*\*Every lead emailed straight away,\*\* with the whole chat. - \*\*Talk to a person.\*\* Visitors can ask for you, and you reply from your dashboard inside their chat. - \*\*Looks like your site.\*\* Your colour and logo, light or dark, placed where you want it. Replies in the visitor's language. - \*\*WordPress plugin\*\* with one-click connect, or one line of code on any other site. Unlike most chat tools, the AI is included in the price: plans start at $19 a month for 500 conversations, with no per-message or per-resolution charges, and you're never charged extra if you get busy.
