**What do you like best about KIOSK Information Systems?**

It was very convenient to use and students didn't have a problem navigating through it. Sometimes we would have 20 students back to back and it would work perfectly

**What do you dislike about KIOSK Information Systems?**

Sometimes it just wouldn't turn on. It was connected to some tvs and they wouldn't turn on. It also had a a key which was a bit inconvenient to open up everyday.

Helping students in a queue who visited the office.

**What do you like best about KIOSK Information Systems?**

I like that the software and the user interface is easy to use at least for a younger crowd like I fall into. Cannot speak for those that fall into the elderly or older crowd as they seem to struggle more with technology.

**What do you dislike about KIOSK Information Systems?**

I haven't see all of them to know for sure this isnt a thing. But more ways to use for disabled people. Or if its there make it a more easy to find setting. Things that can help those in a wheel chair or are vision impared.

At this current moment outside of the thing I metioned in the dislike. There are no issues that I personally have with it or have found that needs to be corrected for myself.

For me, a kiosk information system is the one that we need daily. It provides all the information I need in one frame. It provides some form of an interactive menu system.

**What do you dislike about KIOSK Information Systems?**

There are times that I'm having trouble finding and looking for what I am looking for. But for its features, it's user-friendly. Everyone can try and use it. I have nothing to dislike because I like it much.

**What problems is KIOSK Information Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There's no problem at all. It's because it gives me the information I need. Everything is there, there is information also that needs to be updated in real-time. I guess that is the one that needs to work on too.

It provides a very smooth interface for the users.It is a really good software in terms of security , in order to keep regular tracks of all the visitors. It has a fair price as opposed to its competitors.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything that I disliked with the service.

It has reduced the manual labour to check for individual visitors. It makes the process easier for the visitors as well as the company. Love the short video feature that is sent at the end.

Kiosk is one of the leading IT solution vendor but need yo improve marketing tactics To place and field the product reachabilty.  Need to improve the marketing.

Ticket vendor machine, ATM with fastest Computing technologies shows the Unfied solution. And its maximum Covers banking areas To provide cash vending machines plus industrial areas automation.

The major characteristic I like about this is its user-friendly simple method of solving day-to-day activities using either software or a simple kiosk machine.Nowadays almost everyone is familiar with this process and it has been a major hit as well.

Initially, I wouldn't say I liked the company support system however when you build a relationship with the customers it will comply with the requirements,

Best provided with automation and  helps customers alot.
Best tool helps to manage day to day software things and activities. The ui is great and convenient and provide high flexibility.

It's was bit complicated to understand initially on how it work and understand but later I found it very effective and helpful.

Management of vendors.
Efforts management for employees and transaction management. Checking logs of time and efforts of employee.

It is independent of anyone being available or not. All you need is a computer/internet connection to operate, removing the need for additional resources.

For anyone using it for the first time or for those technically challenged, this may seem overwhelming. Removing the human touch is sometimes not taken very well by the audience.

Nothing, they are very much needed in today's society.

One of the most agretious problems kiosks solve is the DMV. It allows us to avoid the long waiting periods which sometimes could take up your whole day, and it definitely eliminates the long lines.
