**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

What I appreciate most about Kinsta is how much time it saves. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, staging environments are effortless to use, backups and restores are simple, and cache management is straightforward. Performance has been consistently excellent, and whenever I’ve needed assistance, the support team has been knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

There isn’t much to dislike. The only improvement I would suggest would be an easier way to duplicate an existing website within the same account when starting a new project. Other than that, my experience has been consistently positive.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kinsta gives me a reliable, high-performance hosting platform that lets me focus on designing and building websites instead of managing servers. **What do you like best about Kinsta?**

The combination of performance, UX and support is hard to beat. The MyKinsta dashboard is clean and intuitive, managing multiple client sites, setting up redirects, and handling cache is straightforward even for non-technical team members. Site migrations are smooth, and the built-in staging environments save us a lot of time when testing changes before pushing to production. Support has been consistently fast and knowledgeable whenever we've needed it.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

Pricing can be a stretch for smaller agency clients who just need basic hosting. It would also be useful to have more granular options built in. Minor complaints overall for a platform that delivers at this level.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a WordPress-focused marketing agency managing sites for multiple SMB clients. Kinsta solves the reliability and performance problem - we need hosting that just works, without constant firefighting. Fast load times, solid uptime, and easy cache management means we spend less time on infrastructure and more time on actual marketing results for our clients. **What do you like best about Kinsta?**

Our team has been hosting with Kinsta for several months now, and we honestly can't recommend them enough. 

Uptime that just works. This is the big one for us. Since migrating our sites to Kinsta, we've experienced virtually zero downtime. We used to constantly worry about outages during traffic spikes or at the worst possible moments — that anxiety is basically gone now. Our team checks uptime monitoring out of habit more than necessity at this point, because it's just consistently green.

Customer support that actually feels human. What really sets Kinsta apart, though, is their live chat support. We've reached out with everything from quick technical questions to more involved issues, and every single time our team has gotten a knowledgeable, friendly person who actually solves the problem instead of reading from a script. No endless hold times, no getting bounced between departments — just fast, competent help. It's rare to find support this good in the hosting world, and it makes a huge difference for our operations when something goes wrong and we need help now.

The dashboard gives us real visibility and control. On top of reliability and support, the MyKinsta dashboard has become an essential part of our workflow. The detailed logs make troubleshooting fast — we can pinpoint issues without digging through server-level access. One area for improvement: phone support isn't currently available, which would be a nice addition for urgent issues. That said, the live chat has been responsive enough that it hasn't been a deal breaker for us.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and foremost, security. Kinsta handles hardened server configurations, malware scanning, and DDoS protection for us, which takes a significant burden off our internal team and reduces the risk of a breach or compromised site. We no longer have to worry about patching server-level vulnerabilities ourselves.

Second, uptime. Downtime used to be a real business risk for us — lost visitors and lost credibility during outages. Since moving to Kinsta, that risk has essentially disappeared, letting our team focus on growth instead of firefighting.

Expert responsive support from a team that knows WordPress and nGinx stack inside and out. It's unbelievably gratifying how much quicker it is diagnosing and resolving occasional site misbehaviors since we migrated all the websites in our care to Kinsta's server environment.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

I wish logging and analytics had a longer lookback, and that the GUI for analytics especially was more filterable / customizable. Sometimes it can be hard to isolate particular slow processes or particular agents / events in a visual way (via Kinsta's analytics screens), and I'm not really a command line warrior so digging out the data myself –– and visualizing trends, even if I can get the raw information –– can be challenging.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Worry-free WordPress hosting that's truly optimized for WordPress, at every level of the server stack and including integrated CloudFlare optimizations, lets me focus on building and managing great websites for our clients. Kinsta takes care of all the intricacies of server config and performance monitoring, at a great price, and with top-tier tech support when I need it.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

Kinsta - It just works!  Kinsta has allowed us to focus on the things we need to and not worry about the infrastructure side of things.  We can rest assured that our sites stay up, our sites stay performant, and everything runs as smoothly as it should as reliably as it should.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

There isn't a whole lot to say here.  Nothing really comes to mind, but I guess if I HAD to pick something, I'd say that more integrations with the custom development side of things like using Bedrock (which is FULLY supported by Kinsta, but could be improved) would be what I'd have to say.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kinsta solves ALL of our infrastructure problems.   If we have a WordPress site, you can rest assured that Kinsta is supporting it.  Kinsta handles all the heavy listing from a hosting, observability and logging, optimization, and caching perspective so we just don't have to.  If we ever have a problem (which is SUPER rare), we can just open up a chat and it's solved within a few minutes.

We run Kinsta for several client WordPress sites at our agency, and it's been solid. Performance is genuinely fast thanks to the Google Cloud infrastructure and built-in edge caching, and the MyKinsta dashboard is clean and easy to hand off to less technical team members. Staging environments, one-click backups, and free migrations have saved us real time on client onboarding. Support has also been responsive and actually knowledgeable about WordPress rather than reading off a script.

The one thing I'd love to see improved: as an agency, we can't put a WordPress site into maintenance mode directly from the dashboard.

I don't feel they have fully embraced the AI revolution just yet. They should begin preparing for a future where users can easily build websites using AI tools, potentially moving away from traditional platforms like WordPress entirely.

What I love most about Kinsta is 24 hour instant access to live human engineers who can resolve problems immediately and answer questions without having to open support tickets via email.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

We love Kinsta and could not imagine a single downside. Our only wish would be for Kinsta to expand their services to include WP developers so that we could outsource this function to Kinsta as well. We would trust Kinsta to do an excellent job with any other service area they wish to enter. This company is a rare gem and we feel truly blessed to have found them.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kinsta completely solved the problem of designing and configuring the best hosting architecture for our business. Their services cover all of our needs, and their engineers took responsibility for setting up our environment with the same care and attention that you would expect from your own internal I.T. department. For everything related to web hosting and infrastructure, Kinsta simply solves this whole area of our business for us. I can't recommend them enough.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

As a small solo agency, Kinsta allows me to focus less on server architecture and infrastructure and more on making my clients happy never having to worry about poor performance, downtime, or slow response.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

There are very few downsides for the way I operate my business—I could see how some developers might want more server control, but I just want to know it will work, so it's perfect for me.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Kinsta solves for me is not having to actually manage the server itself. I previously was doing that with a different provider and got quickly burnt out by constantly having to tune server settings and adjust how it was integrating with WordPress. Kinsta's setup specifically for WordPress is amazingly scalable. I tell all of my clients that the #1 most important thing is starting with a good foundation—that's the server—without a great foundation, anything you put on top of it could crash and burn.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

I've used several Wordpress hosts over the last 15 years, and Kinsta's platform and performance is by far the best out of all of them. The dashboard is well organized and easy to use. And their customer service is world class. I've never once had an issue that I couldn't jump on live chat and have fixed within a few minutes. I recommend Kinsta to everyone I know in the web design world and will continue doing so!

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

Their subscriptions are a little more expensive than others, but for what you get for the price, it honestly feels like a steal. It's 100% worth it.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've experienced bugs, slow page load speeds, and countless instances of downtime with other Wordpress hosts. It is very, very rare that I've had any of that happen since switching to Kinsta several years back. And even when something has happened, it's either been another vendor's fault, or it was a blip.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

Kinsta is extremely user-friendly and when I've had any website issues at all (never any issues that turned out to be a problem caused by Kinsta), their staff is extremely helpful! I am not that tech-savy, but have taken on managing my own website and when things aren't working correctly, I've reached out to Kinsta Support and received immediate support and detailed lists of steps to try fixing things that I was able to follow (even as a very entry-level user).

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

I can't think of anything, really. Their emails can be a little annoying for a novice user like myself, since I'll never use any of the advanced features that they offer (they send out emails every time they offer something new, and those new features just so rarely apply to anything on my simple website, that I see the emails as more "junk" than anything, but I'm sure they are sharing helpful information with a lot of users who are operating more advanced and multiple websites).

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They host my website and made it very easy to pay for the extra PHPworkers that I needed when my clunky website (clunky due to the cheap plugins I've chosen to use) required more PHP workers despite low traffic levels.

The dashboard is easy to navigate and has a lot more options and controls than I was used to with a previous host, and I have a lot more control over and insight on my websites than I did before. The customer support is really helpful!

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

Malware support was not as great or responsive as I had hoped, especially in a stressful situation where i was trying to relay information to my client and had to ask for updates and assist in troubleshooting. Before switching to Kinsta, i was assured that malware support would completely take care of us in the event of a security issue, but I essentially had to resolve the issue on my own.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My agency needed a website host, and I switched to Kinsta from a previous host because I liked having more control over my websites, and wanted them to be containerized so they were not stealing bandwidth from each other or at risk for all becoming infected with malware once one got infected. The system alerts and downtime monitoring have saved us a lot of time and allow us to catch issues on websites before the client notices!

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

The product just works. Their platform is extremely stable, and all of our sites are running incredibly fast. Their interface exposes the levers of complex technical concepts like PHP workers in a way that's easy to understand and take control of. The built-in features like application performance monitoring that other hosts charge for are huge wins for us. Everyone we've encountered there, from the initial sales person to our agency liaison to the support people have been unbelievably good. There are no heirs, no pretense, no sales pressure — nothing but warm and genuine human interactions that always seem to solve the issue at hand. I am truly astonished at how they pull it off.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

There are no downsides about using Kinsta that I'm aware of. Maybe if you have a super simple site that just needs the bare minimum, it could be overkill — but seriously. Just use Kinsta.

Kinsta has been phenomenal in allowing us to deliver our promises to clients in keeping their sites up, maintained, and running performantly. Their feature suite allows our small development staff to work on actually building websites for clients instead of keeping the ship afloat.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

I'm split on my single best like of Kinsta.  For one, I LOVE that we can pretty much manage anything from their administrator dashboard.  They have features and toggles for anything that you could pretty much imagine having to change from a web design or web hosting agency.  For two, I also LOVE how easy it is to get support if you have an issue.  Not only has Kinsta support been there to help us with questions we have with our account, but they have even spent time to assist us in troubleshooting sites that are underperforming or not working as intended even though the issue isn't with Kinsta and is with a third-party plugin or custom code.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

To be honest, there isn't a concrete answer that I can come up with for what I dislike about Kinsta.  We've been with Kinsta for nearly a decade and have NEVER had a negative interaction.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HOSTING.  Easy.  Our agency has never had to concern ourselves with the ins and outs of hosting and making sure all of our sites stay up and functioning correctly from an infrastructure standpoint.  Kinsta just works!

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

Kinsta has been a solid choice for us. The performance is genuinely impressive with WordPress sites load fast, and you can tell the infrastructure is built specifically with WordPress in mind, not just generic hosting with a WordPress checkbox.

Reliability-wise, we haven't had issues. It just runs. The security features are also a big plus including bot detection and blocking are built in, so you're not constantly installing plugins or patching things yourself. It handles a lot of the stuff that would otherwise eat up your time or require a separate specialist.

What I appreciate most is that it removes the operational headache. Caching is handled intelligently, so you're not fiddling with configuration to get good speeds. It's the kind of hosting where you set things up and stop thinking about the infrastructure which, honestly, is exactly what you want when WordPress isn't your core business but still needs to perform well.

The support is another level. You're actually talking to people who deeply understand WordPress — not just Kinsta's platform, but the broader ecosystem. They've helped us work through complex issues and come back with real solutions, and they don't just stop at "that's outside our scope." If something on your site can be improved, they'll tell you, even if it has nothing to do with Kinsta directly.

Honestly, not much. Occasionally you need to purchase add-ons to get exactly what you need, and the pricing isn't the cheapest option out there. But you genuinely get what you pay for but the value is there, and it's hard to argue with the results.

What I like best about Kinsta is that it just works, and it’s fast. Switching to their platform completely eliminated the usual lag and random slowdowns you get with standard hosts, keeping my site consistently smooth and responsive. Plus, the dashboard is incredibly clean and straightforward. I can spin up a staging site or check on things instantly without digging through a messy, complicated control panel. It is a premium service, but not having to waste time playing IT guy makes it completely worth it.

What I dislike? Honestly, nothing. It just works exactly the way it's supposed to, so I never have to worry about it.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

Love the account interface and the admin portal. It's just got a whole bunch of really easy-to-use features and functions, and it's super easy to navigate your way around. It's really easy to spin up new sites and to spin up staging sites, and to add on additional capabilities as needed, and to troubleshoot issues if there are any through the logs and through the analytics and so on.

The support is the best I've ever had. It's super fast through the chat widget, 24/7, and you're always connected within usually seconds but maximum couple of minutes. They know their stuff. I'm always surprised that they all know their stuff, and if they need to go find out, they'll go and find out and give you accurate, proper answers or support or done-for-you help, which is invaluable.

We've never had a website go down on Kinsta, and we've used lots of different hosts in the past, some of whom we've been also happy with, but they degraded over time. With Kinsta, the service was good from the very beginning and has continued to get better as they add new features and support you know, the changing landscape with AI and so on. Just a super solid option, slightly more expensive but worth every penny in knowing you're getting the best, and if you ever need a thing, you're covered.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

Honestly, there's nothing I really dislike about Kinsta. The only small thing that springs to mind is their DevKinsta Mac app for a local dev environment. Just because it hasn't been straightforward to get it to work, and so sometimes we've resorted back to other providers' local environment or just not bothered. That's for me not a day-to-day thing. So generally nothing else to dislike about Kinsta. 5 stars all round.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kinsta solves the managed WordPress side of things with a super-easy interface and rock-solid, rock-star support. Now things are rapidly shifting and evolving in the AI space and the SEO space, Kinsta is ahead of the curve, or ahead of the game rather, thinking about how to support and make us agencies aware of, for example, AI bot traffic and what the options are to navigate that when we're working with clients and for ourselves.

They solve the managed support side of things where we just know that the sites are going to run and be up. If ever there's some sort of issue, they're on it. Usually they will know that they're on it, and you always know you're going to get consistently good support. Our clients care that their sites are up and running without having to think about it or lift a finger. Kinsta allows us to sleep at night knowing that it's just all on good infrastructure with an easy-to-use interface, powerful features and capabilities, and really, really good support, the best that we've ever had.

I find it easy to use Kinsta for hosting about 15 different websites without needing to worry about upgrading very often. Kinsta makes managing these websites simple in one place and securely hosts WordPress sites, which makes my work safer and more straightforward. I really like that Kinsta handles all the hosting and technical details, so I don't have to manage those aspects myself. The initial setup of Kinsta was excellent because they logged into my existing websites and made the transition smooth, which I could do one at a time. It was easy peasy, lemon squeezy!

Well, I find it quite expensive, to be honest. I'm in New Zealand. And it costs a lot. So I'm always looking for a better price. I do have a few denial server attacks. Every now and again with my other website, and I've had to host that somewhere else that's more robust. So it would be good if I didn't have to pay a lot of money to protect my website from digital attacks.

If you are a sys admin, dev ops and/or a developer, there may be times when you would like to install packages on your container. We also can't tune our own MySQL instances.

Kinsta is solving the problem of saving me time and energy. After two plus decades of building, hosting and maintaining sites the last thing I want to do is deal with a denial of service attack, or be woken up at all hours of the night and morning to deal with issues. Kinsta and their WP hosting platform handle this for me. And we pay a premium or this piece of mind. This isn't to say bad actors and fraudsters won't bombard us with unwanted traffic, but Kinsta makes it easy to maintain, secure and update our fleet of WordPress sites.

As a complete beginner with no technical background, I was able to get my website live without losing my mind – which says a lot. The support team deserves most of the credit. They're genuinely helpful, fast to respond, and never make you feel stupid for asking basic questions. The dashboard is clean and manageable even if you don't know what half the settings mean.

The pricing is on the higher end, which is a lot to swallow when you're just starting out and not yet generating revenue from your site. Would be great to have a cheaper entry-level option for hobby or passion projects.

I really love Kinsta for its amazing CDN which makes managing my Vite, React, WordPress site very easy. I also appreciate that Cloudflare is built-in, as it ensures my website doesn't run slow with edge caching. The dashboard is super easy to navigate, and even though the pricing is on the premium side, it's fair for a premium service. It's very fast. I've had a great experience with their support; the team was quick to assist and solve my issues through chat. Setting up with Kinsta was really straightforward, and I found it easy enough to set up a staging site and integrate things. Overall, the platform does everything I want, and I would definitely recommend it for hosting a WordPress site because of its speed and great dashboard.

I really don't have any. I mean, with everything in life, I wish things were cheaper. So I'm a Canadian. And it's American pricing. And it is a little bit expensive for me.

I like the tools and especially like that I can login to Wordpress from the Dashboard now. I also like the malware cleaning services and the intuitive interface.

I wish I had more visits per month on my plan, I don't have high traffic sites but I still reach capacity almost every month. For this reason, I have not moved all my sites over to Kinsta yet.

As i mentioned i did have the issue of not being able to login via the Kinsta dashboard and this was an adjustment coming from my previous host who allowed this. I was promised when I signed up that it was being worked on and I am happy to see it has happened.

The support is amazing. Real experts or handling the issue with devops teams, good reaction time,  Nice set of features for site management ; platform is evolving in the right direction ; good caching management. SSH command subset is quite open.

Expensive for shared hosting, especially when you realized that a neighbour on your server can severly harm your website performance. It happens very unfrequently, servers are not overwcrowded like other shared hosting do, but it still can happen. (like any shared hosting)

They’re incredibly responsive, genuinely friendly, and easy to reach. I don’t have to jump through hoops or dig through help articles - I can simply message a real person and get help straight away.

What I especially appreciate is that I can ask even very basic questions without feeling silly. The team is patient, upbeat, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to run a business and just need things sorted quickly.

It’s not a fully “hands-off” platform if you’re dealing with more complex setups, but knowing that support is there - and that they’re good - makes it much easier to manage.

Weird changes are happening, pushing for bandwidth subscriptions instead of visitor subscriptions even though the site remains the same and the pricing would remain the same. But if I were to remain on a visitor subscription, I would have to pay overages. Even though on a bandwidth subscription, nothing would change in performance and I would still be getting the same amount of visitors. So it makes no sense this would need to happen, which makes me question why Kinsta would push for this and when the other shoe is about to drop. They also changed their bot blocks. And now suddenly since they implemented that change from the old system. Immediately that day, my visits went back from 1500 to 4-5 a day. But they keep stating nothing has changed. Which is factually impossible when checking the statistics. Nobody will help, all keep stating that it still functions the same and that they do not understand. It would have to be my whitelisting. Which didn't change per 1st of June. Only their system did. So it seems like there are some ploys in place to force me to change subscriptions. Since they are stating the visitor numbers are becoming an issue with my subscription, even though it never was before. Which is starting to look very shady to me.

Kinsta removes the constant worry of securing and managing a self-install of WordPress on a shared server or VPS. Constant nagging from a webhost about resource usage, CPU hogging, database overuse, and fighting to keep out bots and nefarious login attempts is a thing of the past. Tech support helped me migrate my existing site over, and quickly solved the few issues that cropped up during the transfer. I'm tech-savvy enough to handle a WordPress self-install on my own server, but I was honestly just sick of doing it. I'd rather spend my time creating actual content for the site than chasing PHP errors, updating security plugins, managing comment spam, and constantly tweaking caching plugins to try to speed up load times. All of that ended the day I switched to Kinsta, and it cost half the price of my managed Virtual Private Server at another web host.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

I don't dislike anything about Kinsta so far.  If I had to say something negative, I'd say I wish I'd done this two years sooner. I'd have a lot more of my time and money back.
