**What do you like best about King Ursa?**

I love the people and the creativity. Everyone’s super talented, supportive, and driven to make great work. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by that energy every day. It’s fast-paced and challenging, but you learn a lot and grow quickly because of it.

**What do you dislike about King Ursa?**

The main challenge at King Ursa is the fast-paced environment and workload. Because we handle multiple parts of a campaign in-house — strategy, creative, media, and production — things can move quickly, and sometimes deadlines are tight. That can feel a bit overwhelming at times.

Another area is process and structure. While the agency is growing and constantly improving, some projects still experience ambiguity or shifting priorities, which can be challenging when you’re trying to stay organized or plan your work.

That said, these challenges are also opportunities to learn, adapt, and grow, which is part of what makes working here rewarding.

**What problems is King Ursa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get to see the full picture of how a campaign comes together, not just one piece of it. I’m learning to connect strategy with creative execution and understand how our work actually drives real business results. It’s also a fast-paced environment that pushes me to think creatively and adapt quickly, which has helped me grow my skills and confidence.
