"Kindertales is a very user friendly software that has lessened the administrative burden"

What do you like best about Kindertales?

The automatic billing is the best feature which I was hestitent to use at first but all our parents love the ease of it too. I never have to chase parents for payments anymore Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Experience with Kindertales is amazing"

What do you like best about Kindertales?

Analytics allows us to stay on top of daily operations in our centre.

The Kindertales CRM is powerful for tracking and working prospective families.

Registration and forms inside of Kindertales makes paperwork a thing of the past.

The Parent app makes communicating with families easier and increases customer satisfaction.

Checking in and checking out with the check in stations makes drop off and pick up a breeze.

The Kindertales enrollment manager makes forecasting graduations/age outs / new starts simple.

The Classroom App puts key child information at the teachers’ fingertips.

Meal Planning’s scheduling tool makes managing our menu efficient.

Auto-pay with KinderPay makes collections simple for the entire organization.

What do you like best about Kindertales?

It is very helpful as it has all the information from the child file to payment to daily reports in one platform. It is also very user friendly, the cx services team are very helpful and always ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is very slow at times and we have very difficult posting pictures for the families on daily reports. Also, the milestone report doesnt always save when completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I have immensely enjoyed using Kindertales"

Having online support is extremely helpful to ask questions, we love that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kindertales?

- we wish there were ways we could pull more specific reports ( we really wish we could pull reports of what CHANGED in a month so we could cross reference for subsidy reporting, for example)

- in the area where you see "kids enrolled with no payment information" we wish we could see the start date so we knew when they were beginning so we can touch base accordingly. Also being able to email directly from this page would be helpful.

- there is a flaw with Kindertales where the start date is adjusted when a child changes programming (or maybe changes the # of days they attend) and it will skew our reporting for subsidy which results in a lot of manual labour

- there have been a few glitches which makes it really difficult to trust reports that are pulled.. we often double check reports manually to ensure they are correct

- the editing capabilities in the newsletter area are limited

- we wish there were notifications on the dashboard when messages come in

- we wish there were options for survey creation + the capability to pull reports from that data

Recommendations to others considering Kindertales:

Make sure you know what kind of reporting you would like to be able to pull and that Kindertales can allow for that! It is something that we are constantly grumbling about because we wish it could just be a little bit easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kindertales solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overall Kindertales is on the right track to being a phenomenal software but there are some glitches and updates that need to be improved for sure. It is really an all-in-one software that we are thrilled to be using but there are some areas for growth for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
