Pros:

- Annual plans. No other major clustering tool had annual payments, as far as I was aware when I signed up. This means you get credits for the whole year, and you don't credits going to waste month-by-month.

- Fast processing

- Great Sheets output

- Excellent clustering

Cons:

- There's no recommended word count column, so if you'd like to know how many words your competitors are writing, you'll need another tool.

- I wish there was a better way of showing Hub/Spoke data, so that I can just import it straight into Airtable and have each spoke automatically link to each Hub

- For keywords without clusters, they go under the category no_cluster, but I wish there was a way to see them as individual clusters so that I can copy and paste the entire list Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I mainly use the keyword clustering feature of the tool and starting to expand into the others but the clustering feature slotted in perfectly to my keyword research and content planning processes.

The way they make an important, but - until now - time and energy consuming task, almost seamless.
