I have worked with Keymakr for about 2 years on several segmentation tasks. They always provide excellent edge alignment, consistency, and speed. They're always willing to work with us to define more complicated labeling projects and are eager to hear feedback to improve their labeling and meet our requirements. I'm working with Keymakr's data annotation services for a year now. They were chosen to replace an internal team and after a comparison with other service providers in accuracy, speed and price they won in all of them. Working with them since has been a pleasure, their customer service, responsiveness and work ethic is evident. Their annotations are high-quality. There's little to no need to do any quality control on the customer's end. They're willing to work closely with clients to understand their annotation needs. I have nothing to dislike to be quite honest. Not sure what more to write here as so far they have exceeded expectations. If I have to nitpick then if they had a biomechanics expert on staff who can help train their annotators that would help 100x their offering, especially with human keypoint annotations.
