Even with tools like SAM2, there’s often still a need for manual work. Companies like Keymakr are really stepping up by combining human creativity with the latest tech to improve the process. For a customized collection/annotation work, it won't be a completely hands-off delivery. You will need to dedicate frequent feedback sessions, so that your project advances as expected.
