## About HR-Software
Keybuki is a modular, cloud-based HR platform built for small and mid-sized businesses in Germany. It combines a Digital Personnel File with AI-powered document recognition (OCR), an Employee Self-Service Portal for payslips, master data, and company documents, and a complete Employee Lifecycle module covering preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding with customizable templates and automated task management. Employees access their documents via the web portal or native mobile apps (iOS and Android). HR managers simply upload documents — the AI automatically identifies the employee, document type, and date. All data is hosted on German servers, fully GDPR-compliant. Keybuki is available as individual modules or as a bundle, with a free 14-day trial and plans starting at €14.99 per month.
