Kavaro Reviews & Product Details

Kavaro is resource management software for agencies and consultancies. It shows who is available, who has the right skills and experience, and what every staffing decision does to project margin, all from one live plan. Resource managers and agency leaders use Kavaro to: Staff work with confidence. See capacity and utilisation by person, role and week, with tentative pitch work kept separate from confirmed bookings. Protect margin. See budget vs actual and projected margin before you approve a booking, not after the project has overrun. Ask instead of searching. Ask the AI agent “who can take this six-week campaign without dropping margin?” or “who has done fintech work before?” Kavaro checks live allocations, skills and uploaded bios, then recommends a staffing plan for you to approve. Report in plain English. Describe the report you need, such as weekly capacity, over-utilised people or confirmed vs pipeline demand, and Kavaro builds it from your live plan. Automate resourcing admin. Prepare capacity updates, flag overloads and notify the right people automatically, with approval before anything important changes. Kavaro also includes time tracking, multi-currency rate cards and integrations with Slack, Jira, Trello and Zapier. It is built for creative, digital and marketing agencies and professional services firms of roughly 10 to 150 people that have outgrown spreadsheets or scheduling-only tools. Pricing is £15 per user per month billed annually, with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required.
