I compared a lot of different accounting software before I selected Kashoo. It was (and remains) clearly more affordable than any of the others that offered all the particular requirements I needed. Even though I am a small business, I need to handle a range of international currencies, and apply the correct sales tax for the country I am operating from. I am also not an accountant, so needed a programme that was highly intuitive. What was a massive bonus was that I also found really useful and responsive service. While it doesn't meet all my exact accounting needs, there is little I really dislike. It meets 90% of my needs directly, and the team have helped me with practical work-arounds for the rest! The only downside of Kashoo, and it's well acknowledged that this is not a feature of the platform, would be to allow quotations that *could* be turned into invoices if a project succeeds. While not an official part of the platform, I have created invoices on Kashoo, then they can just not be paid or marked as a quotation for work.
