"Karumi Extends Demo Coverage Across Time Zones with an Engaging Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Karumi?

We use Karumi to give product demos to prospects across different time zones, and it has been genuinely useful for our team. It is not always possible for our internal team to be available whenever someone wants a demo, especially when dealing with prospects from different parts of the world.

Karumi helps us provide that coverage without making people wait for someone from our team to become available. What has impressed us most is how well it handles the actual demo experience. It feels much more engaging than simply sending someone a recorded walkthrough, and prospects can explore the product and ask questions based on what they want to understand.

For us, it has been an effective way to extend our demo availability while still giving prospects a proper introduction to the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Karumi?

As with any new product, there are still areas that can improve, but the core experience has worked exceptionally well for us so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"100 to 200 demos a month without adding a rep"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Karumi?

It runs when my team is asleep. 60-70% of our revenue is US and we sit in Europe. The gap between a prospect wanting a demo and someone being awake to give it is where deals quietly leak out.

Karumi closed that gap. Personalized demo on demand, around the clock, in the prospect's language.

Between 100 and 200 demos a month come through it. Zero extra headcount to get there.

Multilingual is the underrated part. An English pitch in Spain converts at roughly half what a Spanish one does. Same story in Brazil, same in France. Karumi runs those without me hiring a native speaker for every market.

Transcripts, analysis and next steps sync straight into the CRM, so my AEs pick up a warm conversation instead of starting cold. It's super fast, low latency experience. Absolutely love the tech! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Karumi?

It needs a tight offer to work. If your positioning is fuzzy and your ICP is loose, the agent exposes that fast. Not a Karumi problem, but do not expect an agent to fix messy messaging.

Complex enterprise cycles still need a human in the room. We point it at the top of the funnel and the simpler motions, and put AEs on the deals with six stakeholders. Anyone expecting an agent to close a long enterprise cycle will be disappointed, and that is true of every agent on the market right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
