**What do you like best about karmaCRM?**

Manage business sales emails and set work reminders. 
Integrate with other tools easily to work easier.
24/7 Chat support option for account customization.
Import and export contact list and choose multiple email templates.
We can add or remove widgets from KarmaCRM Dashboard.
Send work reports and recurring tasks to employee.

**What do you dislike about karmaCRM?**

KarmaCRM is good CRM tool for business task, We can easily work with KarmaCRM. But its File Storage is limited in basic and pro plan,

We recommend KarmaCRM for startup and small business to handle task and business activities. It offers monthly and yearly plans in affordable cost.

KarmaCRM is best Business solution for management Organization, It is easy to integrate with other tools like Google apps and mail chimp. We can create best email template for business promotion. It offers different marketing plans for file storage, Business Card Scanner and Lead Generation. We used its premium plan for our business and have lot of options for task management, work followup, Import and export contact easily with KarmaCRM.

**What do you like best about karmaCRM?**

I really liked the simplicity of Karma CRM. It has easy features to help reach our customers with features like contact lists, follow-up and to-do lists.

**What do you dislike about karmaCRM?**

I disliked the whole layout / setup of Karma CRM. I would like to see an improved UI with Karma CRM but everything else was looking good.

**Recommendations to others considering karmaCRM:**

Nothing really, it was just that the employees were having a tough time navigating through the application, so that's why we decided to ditch it.

**What problems is karmaCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really just making the workflow a lot more pleasant and smooth. It helps when all the features we need as a business to interact with a customer is only a  few clicks away.

**What do you like best about karmaCRM?**

If you want to create a non-sales process of the works that you should have after signing a new contract with your customer or you can perform many services such as preparing a production template of the works to be done by different users before your company buys the goods. With KarmaCRM, you can easily create task templates for anything or more. You can be sure that you can automate your business and do everything without leaving it systematic.

**What do you dislike about karmaCRM?**

When creating a customer or making a deal for the customer, the contact information is not copied. Therefore, you must enter information in each field. In addition, the mobile application gives very little information and you can not quickly get the information of the person you edit.

**Recommendations to others considering karmaCRM:**

KarmaCRM is easy and convenient, with email tracking, APIs, third-party integrations, internal notifications, permissions, everything you'd expect in a modern CRM. One of the best features of KarmaCRM is the Dashboard. Basically, you can create a control panel with multiple widgets, each set to display the information you should see.

**What problems is karmaCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Each user can easily customize his or her personal dashboard so that it does not display one or more subgroups of information they need to do their job. Not only is it difficult or impossible to do in other CRMs, it also gives your users a sense of control over how they do their jobs. They can customize the Personal Dashboard to show only the information they want to see, the shape they want to see. You can also hide what they don't need to see.

**What do you like best about karmaCRM?**

Karma is loaded with features, and is very customizable. You can even change which menu items appear at the top of the page. You can add / subtract widgets from the dashboard, and even the most basic tier comes with unlimited contacts, companies, deals, cases, and a full-featured calendar with recurring tasks.

**What do you dislike about karmaCRM?**

The features and navigation both are haphazard, random, and confusing. There are several features which seem to have been abandoned, or at least not promoted. I searched for information about their "Buckets" tab and found:  "We couldn't find any articles for: buckets".  G Suite is still called "Google Apps", and when I tried to link them it was like Google had never heard of Karma. There's a Chrome Extension, but you'll never hear of it when you sign up and have to go to the Chrome store to find it. And finding your way around the site itself is precarious...no "back" arrows, no floating menu. When you go to one of the Settings Pages you're stuck there until you start all over just to find the page you left originally. My biggest frustration with Karma is that it's DISORGANIZED. And, since organization is one of the primary benefits of having a CRM, that's not very comforting.

It's nice to have my CRM, marketing, & planning capabilities all under one roof. Karma isn't the ONLY CRM to do this, but they do provide a lot of features and customization for small businesses.

**What do you like best about karmaCRM?**

I like that this CRM is designed with professional speakers in mind. It's relatively easy to use (once you've acclimated to their terminology and layout), and the ability to upload .csv files is priceless. 

**What do you dislike about karmaCRM?**

It's a bit clunkier than I would expect, and I've had to report a number of bugs and other needed improvements. They've been responsive, just not quick to fix everything.

**What problems is karmaCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using this CRM to store customer information and to email customers. I like that I can schedule emails to be sent later, and check a box so that it adds a follow-up task if I haven't heard back in a defined period of time (that I set). The ability is there to add gigs and track the progress of those, but I haven't used it yet.

**What do you like best about karmaCRM?**

This is a simple, intuitive, and user-friendly program which makes it a great option for small businesses.  It provides a way to centralize and organize all of your customer information so you can stay on top of all your calls, emails, Etc. 

**What do you dislike about karmaCRM?**

Nothing has really been an issue thus far. 

**What problems is karmaCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does a wonderful job at organizing all means of communication and tasks at hand. It’s simple to use and allows for capturing leads from your business website and importing contacts and information from Linkedin and other social media platforms.

After a few weeks of use it gets easier and you can remember where everything finally is

It took a long time for me to get used to using it and I was a little discouraged because I usually catch on very quickly

I would put a how to at every step

It has a lot features for a lower price than many of the bigger name CRM’s. 

**What do you dislike about karmaCRM?**

The user interface has not been updated in many years, so it has a dated look and feel.

We are managing incoming client prospects, and KarmaCRM has helped us to follow up consistently, track interactions, and collaborate as a team.

**What do you like best about karmaCRM?**

What I like best about KarmaCRM is that I can remotely edit my clients CRM data base from my own home very easily. I also like the ease of adding CSV contacts and information. When I integrated my clients Excel data base it was easy as anything can get. Their Email support is the best as well. They were very prompt with a response to my bug reporting and my inquiries on how to do things. 

**What do you dislike about karmaCRM?**

I dislike the menu navigation. My client is constantly calling me asking how to do/find a certain place on the application. It's not very user friendly in that aspect and I even find myself getting lost navigating certain parts of the website, like the help center. I remember having a difficult time finding out how to do something just in the FAQ pages alone and broke down and ended up just emailing support. 

**Recommendations to others considering karmaCRM:**

I recommend this to anyone with a small business looking for a cheap way to manage your clients and documents related to them. 

**What problems is karmaCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving my client's problems of keeping her clients in line. My boss owns and operates extremely client based business and we rely on having their personal information on hand at anytime they may call for consultations. We use it to send out emails campaigns as well. KarmaCRM works wonderful for both of these things making it an all in one. We were using both constant contact and KarmaCRM until they rolled out with email campaign features.

**What do you like best about karmaCRM?**

In addition to Karma being a solid solution from the start, their team have been remarkably responsive to our ideas and frequently add features based on customer feedback. Their support staff are top-notch. The few times I’ve had to contact the desk, they’ve responded within minutes, even on weekends and late evening.


**What do you dislike about karmaCRM?**

There isn't much I can say against Karma. If I had to choose (and this ONLY because I have to say something) is that some of their reporting features could be enhanced.

**What problems is karmaCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization is very project-oriented and requires coordinating projects among several different parties. We tried several CRMs before Karma, and either they were much too complicated for our needs or they weren't able to support the specific lifecycle our projects go through. Karma hit the sweet spot between functionality, user-friendliness and flexibility.

**What do you like best about karmaCRM?**

Very easy to use. Not bloated with features 99% of people will never use. All my info is stored in the cloud and accessible from any device 24/7. Also, support from the company is great. I haven't had that many issues, but any time I've had a question I've always received a prompt and courteous reply.

**What do you dislike about karmaCRM?**

Nothing really. Their product is reasonably-priced and meets my needs.

**Recommendations to others considering karmaCRM:**

When evaluating CRM software, try and find a company that offers a *free trial*. Not a free trial with limited functionality. You want to take a test drive on a fully functioning version. This is one of the main reasons I ultimately chose KarmaCRM. I tried out many different CRM's and I found most to be WAY too complicated, with a steep learning curve ... and I'm very tech-savvy. But I'm busy (probably like you) and I don't have hours and hours to try and figure out how something works. A well-designed product should be "intuitive" and relatively easy to use. That's what I like about KarmaCRM.

**What problems is karmaCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A simple, cloud-based CRM to organize and manage my contacts -- prospects, clients and colleagues.
