We have individual work related to company directors that sits on each person’s individual timeline, but it is ultimately billed to the organisation. The search function is challenging. Lots of time I have to go to Gmail to find things. Also would like if the sent items retained everything sent that day even if there are replies back and forth over several days. Also would help to see comments made by date somehow.
