I wish there was a long term free version and then another upgraded one to pay for. I also wish that when you annotated or changed a document, there was some way for your device to then automatically pull up or show you where it has been saved to within your Google Docs. There are so many features on Kami, such as highlighter tool, text tool & drawing tool. There is even a dictionary! You can convert PDF or Docs to Kami and then kids can work right on Kami, using their stylus or keyboard. Kami allows them to use many different tool features to help them solve all types of questions, like math questions or reading ELA passages. Kami has many colors as well for kids to use their creative brains to show their work or drawings in many different colors. Kami is great that we can either open the Kami document to see their work or there is a feature in google classroom that opens the Kami document right into google classroom. This save so much time rather than opening each kami document. We can grade right from google classroom and still see all the work they put in Kami! Kami has been a lifesaver during remote learning. Sometimes Kami deletes work when they try to erase. The X button is very small so sometimes kids by accidentally click that when they are editing their work and then they have to rewrite all that they wrote. Kami almost always detects the stylus that kids are using but sometimes it does not. This then is hard for kids to use their stylus if Kami does not work. I love apps that are easy to learn and use. It's frustrating when you have to spend a bunch of time to understand your product and you don't have to with this one. There is not much I dislike, but I am used to Adobe products such as Adobe Acrobat which has more capabilities in my opinion; but it's not as easy to use as Kami is! I haven't been able to find a way to set some reminders for tasks I need to complete; that feature would really help. I manage contracts and have to mark up paperwork all the time. Kami is easier to work with for me than Adobe because options are easily available from the sidebar and I can save to Google Drive right away or print. We are all cloud-based, so I never have to leave the browser. I also use Split and Merge a lot to combine documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have any complaints really. Occasionally it asks to upgrade to paid version, but not too often. Also, you can't have two versions of the same document marked up, it merges to the latest version seeing it as one document. So if you upload it once, markup, and then upload it again to do different notes for another person, it will only save the latest one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kami allows teachers and students to annotate pdfs and other documents. This makes using digital documents much friendlier for students.It's great for collaborating and is especially useful with Google Docs.They work seamlessly together. I can't say there is anything I dislike. We have the subscription. It has been nothing but helpful. It cuts down on the use of paper. More things can be done digitally. Less running to the copy machine to create docs for studnens to write on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
