After having met with numerous providers I was very impressed by the quality and variety of the learning modules provided. The content is engaging, watchable, and fully aligned with our compliance requirements. Particularly impressive is the ability to edit content as appropriate. We are now able to provide a compliance and additional learning & development offer for our colleagues, a blended learning approach that will provide access to learning for all of our employees.

I was really impressed by their flexibility and the willingness to adapt to our needs. When one solution didnt work, we were able to use another that was both cost effective and could integrate with our current tech. Implementation has been very smooth

The content quality is excellent, but what really makes it stand out head and shoulders above other providers for me are two things:

1) The content is customisable. So not only can we add our own logo and branding, but we can add our own content too. This is fantastic for our compliance content, for example, so we can add our own information and guidance. So I can have our own info in there about helplines, internal guidance etc., without the hassle of creating and keeping content updated myself.

2) The ability to set your compliance content so that after it's been completed the first time, people can choose on future visits to start with a quiz - they're then guided only to the content they need to be refreshed on. In a world where people really view compliance content as an annoyance, this not only allows them to cut stuff out if they know it, but (more importantly to me) shows them *why* they need to redo it! Struggling to think. I guess sometimes the design is a bit annoying, e.g. when there's a voiceover and you need to let that play through even if you've read the matching content - but that's so trivial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kallidus has consistently delivered high-quality eLearning content that is both engaging and relevant to our workforce. The breadth of topics available through their Engage in Learning library is ideal for our diverse employee base, covering everything from compliance to personal development. The content is well-structured, visually appealing, and regularly updated to reflect current legislation and best practice. There’s very little to dislike. If anything, the user interface for customising content could be made slightly more intuitive, especially for those new to the platform. However, this is a minor point in an otherwise excellent offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like all of the content, from the design to the delivery. I like that the content is diverse and applies to different learner styles. Kallidus has done an amazing job of insuring their content is inclusive and dynamic, so that it can reach a wider audience. Through careful planning, all of their content is certified, which is a big win. I also like Kallidus's road map, and the fact that they listen when clients have asked them to introduce specific courses.

You can add in content. Brand it. The choices you have as a user to speed it up, change the language is brilliant. subtitles and different commentary (mixing ladies voices and mens so it isnt mundane). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You cannot edit existing slides. So where there is content that doesnt quite align with your processes you are stuck with this. Or you choose not to use that particular training module and find an alternative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The rollout of Kallidus at Silent Gliss was quick, efficient, and well-supported. Implementation was aided by bulk-adding employees and a tailored introductory video from the Kallidus team. Within days, staff were logging in and completing courses without the need for additional guidance.

The platform’s clean, intuitive interface and ability to be fully branded with our colours, logo, and business-specific content have helped make training directly relevant to our organisation. The varied course catalogue covers compliance, health & safety, soft skills, leadership, management, performance, and wellbeing, with each module designed to be interactive, engaging, and bite-sized for maximum flexibility. Courses are accessible to all staff, on any device, at any time, and certificates and eBooks are provided upon completion.

Kallidus has significantly reduced the labour time previously spent organising ad-hoc training sessions in-house or via third parties. Reporting is straightforward, enabling quick filtering to get the exact data needed. Support has been consistently responsive, with queries resolved promptly or even same day. One small improvement we would welcome is the option to display all available modules on a single page rather than using a carousel. The courses are very well designed for our required subject areas, with regular updates to the material when for example, legislation is updated. The learning itself was easy to implement within our training system and the support from the staff at Kallidus helps keep us up to date with our usage and awareness of other relevant course we may be interested in. The content is easy to use and implement on the system. The customer support team are always on hand to help when required. My user team have had very few problems with using it and they're taking away the important points when tested on it briefly later, which is the important part.
