I have been using Kaizoft Production Planner daily for about two weeks. What I like most is that it gives me a clearer way to plan and allocate resources. I use the Advanced Planning and Scheduling features to manage patient flow, bed management, and operating room scheduling. It has helped me see where resources are needed and make better use of high cost assets. Since we started using it, planning feels more organised, and it has helped us reduce patient waiting times.
