What problems is Kai Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have partnered with Kai Analytics to administer and analyze our employee engagement surveys the past few years. Most recent partnership was in March-May 2025. Each time, Kai Analytics provided exceptional service in accomplishing our requested deliverables that included communication templates, survey distribution, data analysis, generating insightful reports and debriefing with our senior leadership. Having them take the lead of the full-cycle survey project helps us to focus on our day-to-day operations without straining or compromising resources, employees feel confident that their responses remain anonymous, data is secured and comply with legislation, and they are able to generate insightful data from both quantitative and qualitative responses that we have used to develop action plans.
