**What do you like best about K3X?**

I’ve implemented several CRMs over the years, and they all promised to save time. In reality, they usually created more work. K3X has been different. Instead of reminding us to update records and create follow-up tasks, it quietly takes care of much of that in the background.

What impressed me most is how easy it is to adapt the system. If we want a new sales process or follow-up sequence, we simply tell the AI what we want to happen. We don’t have to spend hours building workflows or figuring out complicated automation tools.

**What do you dislike about K3X?**

The platform is still evolving, so I’d like to see more reporting options and additional integrations over time. That said, the team has been shipping improvements consistently, and the core product already delivers a lot of value.

**What problems is K3X solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We switched from Attio because we wanted a CRM that could actually help our team execute, not just organize data. Since moving to K3X, we’ve spent far less time updating records, assigning follow-ups, and checking whether someone responded.

The biggest improvement has been consistency. Every lead gets timely attention, our pipeline stays organized without constant maintenance, and the team spends more time selling instead of managing the CRM.

**What do you like best about K3X?**

What I appreciate most is how natural everything feels. With most CRMs, setting up automation can easily turn into a project of its own. With K3X, we can usually describe what we want in plain language, and the system takes care of the rest. Email activity, calendar events, and customer interactions are captured automatically, which keeps everything organized and up to date without requiring constant maintenance.

**What do you dislike about K3X?**

I’d like to see more dashboard customization options in the future. The current views are helpful, but a bit more flexibility would make it easier for different team members to track performance in the way that works best for them.

**What problems is K3X solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a CRM that wouldn’t turn into yet another job for the team. K3X keeps our pipeline organized, suggests clear next steps, and automates much of the routine follow-up. Because of that, we’re spending more time building relationships and less time manually updating records.
