What I like best about K-Value is the visibility it provides into how users actually adopt and use business applications.
Instead of relying on assumptions or feedback alone, we can better understand usage, identify adoption gaps, and see where users may still be experiencing difficulties. This helps us focus our improvement efforts where they can have the most impact.
I particularly appreciate the ability to connect digital adoption with measurable results. It makes it easier to track progress, optimize the user experience, and demonstrate the value of our adoption initiatives over time.
For us, K-Value turns digital adoption into something we can actually measure, manage, and continuously improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn’t much to dislike overall. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the initial learning curve when setting up the right indicators and getting familiar with the different analytics available.
Because K-Value provides a lot of information about usage and adoption, it can take some time at first to determine which metrics are the most relevant for your objectives.
More ready-to-use dashboards and KPI templates for common use cases could make the initial setup even faster. Once configured, however, K-Value provides very useful insights for monitoring and improving digital adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
