For teams that didn't have a Jira background and were used to using Excel to manage work, they adopted Jira because of your app. I have all my teams set up with at least one sheets view in their project. Team members, myself included, also love the ability to create a view that highlights all their yearly work to assist during review time. Your app is awesome! The Atlassian List feature does not come close at all. I actually have hidden it from my views. **What do you dislike about JXL?** No dislikes at all. This app performs above all expectations! **What problems is JXL solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Ability to export to Excel for additional reporting analysis - Adoption of the Jira tool by non-development teams is directly correlated to the Sheets app because it is so similar to an Excel document, where they were using Excel to manage their work - Ability to review work status across projects ### 2. Most people are use to the Excel & Google Sheet format, and thus users can easily transfer to tracking tickets much easier. **What do you dislike about JXL?** I think really from my standpoint the only things that are concerning around this are 1) the price point is going to be hard to handle with the more Users I add to Jira, & 2) I wish there was possibly a re-sort capability by just using the drag-drop feature (this might be hard with the different sorting, etc. but you cannot leverage the standard JIRA priority sorting of simply drag/drop up and down if you wanted. Another concern is calculate fields, but I think that is coming in a future release. **What problems is JXL solving and how is that benefiting you?** Business Operations of tracking our Orders is the biggest benefit right now. ### 3. The use of such sheets saves time in entering data and it provides a quick tool to view a project’s progress at a glance. **What do you dislike about JXL?** There also appears to be some missing link since JXL seems to lack powerful collaboration tools. It lacks some features, such as real-time editing within the spreadsheet and assigning tasks within the spreadsheet. **What problems is JXL solving and how is that benefiting you?** JXL has proven to be a useful application when dealing with individual and small-scale projects. It is the upgrade that was needed. Manage your sheets, search everything and coupled with amazing customer service. **What do you dislike about JXL?** There are some flaws. There are no importing features. Loading in data is quite slow in comparison to other programs and is a known weakness **What problems is JXL solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm a visual learner/worker, so JXL provided a visual structure to all issue reporting.
