I love the table format of JXL that allows for ease in visibility and tracking of tickets. Most people are use to the Excel & Google Sheet format, and thus users can easily transfer to tracking tickets much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think really from my standpoint the only things that are concerning around this are 1) the price point is going to be hard to handle with the more Users I add to Jira, & 2) I wish there was possibly a re-sort capability by just using the drag-drop feature (this might be hard with the different sorting, etc. but you cannot leverage the standard JIRA priority sorting of simply drag/drop up and down if you wanted.
Another concern is calculate fields, but I think that is coming in a future release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
