I appreciate JustRelate Home's composable, centralized workspace built around the Brand → Campaign → Project hierarchy. It organizes our fragmented HR and recruitment operations into a cohesive structure, making my workflow as an HR Engagement Specialist much more predictable and efficient. The API-first integration and low-code workflow orchestration capabilities are outstanding, allowing me to automate tasks that previously required manual work, like syncing candidate data with EngageBay. I also value the built-in asset management with version control and role-based permissions, ensuring compliance with GDPR and preventing outdated documents from circulating. The contextual brand-aware AI is a helpful tool for drafting candidate outreach messages and internal engagement announcements in German, maintaining our employer brand voice. Overall, these features transform a chaotic stack of separate HR tools into a connected ecosystem, greatly reducing the time I spend on administrative tasks and enabling me to focus on improving candidate experiences and employee engagement initiatives. Dashboard and workflow customization still has noticeable boundaries. Although I can upload branding assets and adjust basic settings, the drag-and-drop editor lacks granular flexibility. I want to create dynamic segmented views that separate candidate data by recruitment campaign, job role or talent segment within a single dashboard. Currently, I need to build separate templates for graduate recruitment versus senior talent sourcing, which multiplies configuration work. I would also welcome the ability to add fully custom calculated KPIs, such as time-to-hire or candidate conversion rates, instead of computing these metrics externally. The platform’s built-in approval workflows are rigid too; I cannot easily create multi-stage review chains tailored for different types of internal engagement campaigns and recruitment communications. The permission and audit logging system could be expanded for German GDPR compliance. Right now, role-based access covers basic view and edit rights, but I want more granular controls. For example, the ability to set time-limited access for external contractors working on recruitment projects, alongside comprehensive, exportable audit trails that record every user’s actions on candidate-related projects. Deeper calendar and task synchronization would be beneficial as tasks do not sync natively to our team’s calendar tools. I constantly need to duplicate deadlines manually in external calendars, which creates risk of missed candidate follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
