Jungo: The Mortgage App Reviews & Product Details

The app does it all, but it takes some learning. I would have given up except for Penelope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were specific settings that came with the mortgage profession. If there were some settings that have been proven to benefit mortgage people, it would be awesome. I'd love to spend time with someone and put this together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mortgage app helps you quickly find client info and update notes on files. It can even allow you to trigger emails if you have your customizations set up correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it was a little quicker to get into the right dashboards. At first it was a little confusing to find the info you wanted but that is no longer an issue. I also wish the contact pages for clients were more broad and not hidden in drop down menus/buttons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using Jungo for over a year now. The customer support is top notch. Thank you Penelope and Team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

None, things have always been working, marketing could use slight improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All the customization specific to loans. The customer service is awesome and they are great teachers. Tell management - Jon-Michael and Sasha are awesome and both deserve raises! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just quirks to salesforce like email templates, but majority of complaints are not with jungo itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love the ability to customize and optimize the app for our business and team! I specifically love working with Jon-Michael Nixon when I need developing help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall we do not have many dislikes. Even support recently has gotten more efficient! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Expensive, not all the reps are as good as April Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

April and her help! She was very committed to making sure we had our questions answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside of using Jungo is that there is so much to learn! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like that it integrates with our LOS Encompass and the you can do a ton with the reports- when the information you have is correct the reports are amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything else. Jungo promises an all encompassing program but is very limited. Texing is through a third party, Lead marketing campaigns are not trackable, LOS sync goes down all the time with no notifications, the notifications are through email only, as a CRM it's trash. I use Jungo in my everyday work life. It helps me keep up with all my daily tasks, as well as holds all of my past clients, Realtors, prospects, and Mortgage contacts. It helps me stay organized and on top of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although there is not much to dislike about the excellent tool, it could be easier to send out mass emails and create mass email templates. You can also only send out mass emails to a certain number of people at a time, which is a bit annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like best the "address book" style of managing your contact database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the complicated manner in which you configure the software to customize it to your practice. The coding is challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
