I wish there were specific settings that came with the mortgage profession. If there were some setting that have been proven to benefit mortgage people It would be awesome. I wish it was a little quicker to get into the right dashboards. At first it was a little confusing to find the info you wanted but that is no longer an issue. We like that it integrates with our LOS Encompass and the you can do a ton with the reports- when the information you have is correct the reports are amazing. Texing is through a third party, Lead marketing campaigns are not trackable, LOS sync goes down all the time with no notifications, the notifications are through email only, as a CRM it's trash. It helps me keep up with all my daily tasks, as well as holds all of my past clients, Realtors, prospects, and Mortgage contacts. It helps me stay organized and on top of things. Although there is not much to dislike about the excellent tool, it could be easier to send out mass emails and create mass email templates.
