The email summary it provides helps me construct my thoughts and deliver a concise recap for the client. I also appreciate the insight it gives before meetings based on past interactions, along with a nice summary after the meeting, which I can review for accuracy before sending to the client. The notes are spot on, and it's a relief to not worry about missing important points since the software identifies items I might have overlooked.
