What I like most about Hypr is that it's not a network of influencers, who you can only see select people who opt into the platform. My team loves the ability to see anyone from nano to macro influencer's analytics. They have very detailed audience analytics (top cities, HHI, etc.) that allow us to look very deeply into an influencer and determine if they are a fit for a program. I wish there was a piece of the platform that showcased influencer's previous partnerships with brands and retailers - somewhere that just quickly outlines who they've worked with to help us determine if they would be a fit for our program. Being able to easily see if an influencer has fake followers, what their average engagement rate is, etc. helps us create the best programs for our clients and continue to win us new business. Amazing level of detail on audience demographics, very useful for marketing team to segment our customers. I tested a few different options and HYPR was by far the best in terms of depth and breadth of data. I can't see our marketing department operating without this ever again. HYPR has turned themselves into one of the most complete social influencer platforms on the market. Along with the platform, HYPR's support team is knowledgeable and happy to help which is a huge plus. HYPR's team is proactive and always available when we have questions or concerns. HYPR was lacking in some areas when we first began using them. Since then they have addressed our needs of becoming a more complete platform. We wanted a one stop platform for everything influencers and they did this. Now that HYPR has added features that allows you do to EVERYTHING from the platform, my only dislike is that I'd like them to add more brands to the platform. We tried a number of platforms prior to using Hypr, and tested the integrity of their anonymous data and found it to be the most accurate (we tested it on accounts that we owned and thus knew the demographics etc for). What do you dislike about Julius? Demographic data is unavailable unless said person/account has at least two social media platforms listed in the platform (e.g Facebook & Twitter). This platform lets you identify a vast variety of helpful parameters other than your go-to hashtags, including keywords and stats regarding the posts’ engagement that we didn’t see in other platforms. It is easy to use, well designed, and it seems like the user’s journey is well thought of. Also, it goes way beyond your regular mega-influencers and covers a huge number of posts and influencers. I've wasted so much money on influencers that were just a waste of time. I thought the more followers the better. But HYPR helped me realize it's all about the micro-influencers. It's not about the size of the following, it's about the quality - Are their followers potential customers of mine? Even if the following may be smaller than usual? If so, it doesn't matter. HYPR is great for quickly discovering influencers that will be relevant for upcoming campaigns. I particularly like the fact that you can search by both influencer AND by audience, and even combine the two, increasing the likelihood that the most relevant influencers are returned. Sometimes searches do not return enough influencers which can be a problem, though this is likely down to how niche the search parameters are.
