**What do you like best about JuicyScore?**

Incorporating JuicyScore into our operations has been a game-changer. Their fraud prevention solution is super-easy to integrate. It is robust and incredibly efficient. We’ve seen a significant reduction in fraudulent activities since implementing their technology. Besides, their support team was always available to address any concerns. Overall, JuicyScore has exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend their services to any fintech company.

**What do you dislike about JuicyScore?**

We encountered a few small issues during the onboarding process. They involved minor technical glitches during the initial setup. In the end, the problem appeared to be on our side. All issues were resolved fast, though a smoother onboarding experience would be appreciated.

**What problems is JuicyScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially turned to JuicyScore to address fraudulent loan applications, identity theft, and transaction fraud. Now, we’ve managed to scale and configure the solution to cover our broader anti-fraud needs featuring risk flow segmentation into risk cohorts, optimizing custom anti-fraud models, and building more effective risk-assessment strategies.

**What do you like best about JuicyScore?**

With AI-based solution surge we were looking for a tool to mitigate risks, which had already showed a great performance on the market and would help our team to adapt the data to our processes and product specific features. We also appreciated the fequency characteristics was, for example, the number of applications or requests from the same device.

**What do you dislike about JuicyScore?**

I think that online support answers could be more streamline and fast.

**What problems is JuicyScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having in your inventory a tool with such an abundance of risk markers is really profitable gor any online business. We managed to cut off the number of high-risk applications significantly.
