What do you like best about Journeyfront?

I like using Journeyfront as our main ATS. It's great having everything in one place with features like assessments, metric tracking, interviewing, and automation. The platform helps us better track hiring classes, and its comprehensive dashboard tracking is really useful. I also appreciate the custom skill evaluations it offers. The customer service is something I value, as they are very helpful. We considered several other platforms, and Journeyfront offers the most bang for our buck. What do you dislike about Journeyfront?

There are some technical glitches but are quickly resolved. The interview scheduler needs more user-friendly features. It should be more customizable and give more micromanaging of individual calendars. Bulk uploads had to be done manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Journeyfront?

I like that Journeyfront is easy to use and that setting it up was super easy. I value the video feature, and I appreciate that it now uses AI to give a score on the English level, which was something we requested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Journeyfront?

I dislike that you cannot filter the information on the resumes, and instead, you have to go through them one by one. Also, sometimes downloading videos doesn't work, and this has happened multiple times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
