Jornally Reviews & Product Details

Jornally is a time tracking and workday record software for companies in Spain, built to comply with Article 34.9 of the Spanish Workers' Statute. Employees clock in from their phone (also offline), the web or a shared kiosk with a PIN, QR code or RFID/NFC card. Records are tamper-proof: a correction is a new version with its reason and approval, and everything is kept in a chained audit log. It also covers leave and absence management with work calendars, time allocation to projects and tasks with approvals, budget and deviation reports, and an official export for the Spanish Labour Inspectorate. GDPR compliant and hosted in the EU. Per-seat pricing from 2.90 EUR per person per month, with no minimum and no lock-in.
