**What do you like best about Recognition and Rewards by Semos Cloud?**

I love the ease to be able to send shout-outs & gifts for colleagues when they go above & beyond to support my own work, projects and initiatives.  

I feel kindness is king, and a great way to drive building more bridges is through a quick thank you, appreciate and shoutout

**What do you dislike about Recognition and Rewards by Semos Cloud?**

In my mind, the main downside would be if there are any "mis-uses" of the program that becomes a "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours". 

Any shoutouts/awards should be well deserved and earned vs. expected because you did something part of your job.  It just requires good administration and best practices

**What problems is Recognition and Rewards by Semos Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to send shoutouts/appreciate to colleagues that go above & beyond and allow them to get the recognitions.  Each time I send one or receive one, it genuinely brights up my day and I've heard the same feedback from those I send it to.

What I like most about Recognition and Rewards by Semos Cloud is how it makes appreciation visible and consistent across an organisation, not just occasional or top-down. The platform encourages peer-to-peer recognition, which helps build a more inclusive and positive culture.

**What do you dislike about Recognition and Rewards by Semos Cloud?**

I don't dislike anything.  However, I would say the platform is powerful, but it works best when organisations are ready to invest time in proper setup, governance, and ongoing engagement.

**What problems is Recognition and Rewards by Semos Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the benefit is that it creates a more transparent and motivating work environment. It makes it easier to recognise colleagues in the moment, feel appreciated for my contributions, and clearly see how my work aligns with company goals. At the same time, it reduces friction - everything is in one place, so I spend less time on admin and more time on meaningful work.

What I appreciate most about this tool is how effortlessly it enables timely and meaningful recognition and rewards for employees. The platform is intuitive, seamlessly integrated within SAP's ecosystem, and fosters a strong culture of appreciation by facilitating transparent, peer-to-peer recognition. It effectively reinforces positive behaviors, increases engagement, and ensures that recognition remains consistent and scalable throughout the organization.

**What do you dislike about Recognition and Rewards by Semos Cloud?**

So far, I haven't encountered anything I dislike about the tool. As a suggestion, I believe it would be beneficial to integrate it with an employee performance and evaluation system. Since some recognitions relate to employees' annual goals, being able to reflect on these recognitions could provide valuable insights when assessing their performance over the year.

**What problems is Recognition and Rewards by Semos Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addresses the issue of fragmented, unclear, and undervalued employee reward and recognition by offering a centralized, user-friendly platform. This platform brings together both monetary and non-monetary rewards into a single, clear Total Rewards view, which enhances transparency, ensures consistency, and supports better decision-making throughout the organization.

I really appreciate how easy JobPts makes it to recognize teammates for their hard work. The platform is simple, intuitive, and actually encourages people to pause and acknowledge great work in the moment — which we don’t always do enough of.

I love that you can personalize a note, add points, and choose from a wide range of rewards, whether that’s gift cards, store options, or even donations to charities. It makes recognition feel meaningful and flexible for everyone.

Overall, JobPts has been a great tool for building stronger connections across teams and keeping appreciation a regular part of our culture. I’m a big fan.

The 1st time I used it, it was a little unclear how many points were required per award...it woudl be easier to say "1 pt. = 1 ($) towards (for example) Sephora

Our company use to give spot awards...when that went away, it was difficult to acknowledge the efforts of colleagues in a meaningful way.  JobPts has enabled that ability again - thank you!

The main problem is that we don’t know whether the work we’re doing is recognised by anyone or not. Why put in so much effort and hard work if it isn’t acknowledged? This platform solves that issue by making our work visible, so everybody can see it.

There are no hidden restrictions—recognitions can be sent easily across different functions and even globally. Often, managers may not be aware of all the positive initiatives happening within their teams or the wider organization. This tool is valuable not just for individual contributors; it also enables managers to gain a more complete understanding of each person's performance.

**What do you dislike about Recognition and Rewards by Semos Cloud?**

Using this tool requires a balanced and thoughtful approach. I find that when recognitions are given too frequently, the words tend to lose their impact and significance, which I don't appreciate.

**What problems is Recognition and Rewards by Semos Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a single global system really saves me time. I’m also much more likely to submit a recognition when I don’t have to waste time searching for instructions on how to do it. When individual contributors can send recognitions just as easily as managers, it reduces my workload and relieves some of the pressure I feel as a manager. Team engagement increases, and people feel more motivated and collaborate more effectively.

Some users also note that parts of the reporting and navigation aren’t fully intuitive, so it can take extra time to learn the system. In rare cases, delays in receiving rewards have caused inconvenience. Even with these drawbacks, most users still find the platform valuable overall.

so far its good if the peer to peer can make it more than transactional and the coupons for example we cannot redeem coupons for myntra it has very limited points which we can claim from myntra if these aspects were improved the program would feel more impactful
