What do you dislike about JobNimbus? I don't like the intermittent photo uploading. I can have a great connection and sometimes the photos won't upload. They also change the interface frequently. Making sure we don't lose anything in the cracks. The calendar and task features are the main ones we use, and it keeps us from forgetting things as well as allows another employee to put a task on another without directly communicating with them. When I close the sale, I can create a budget, material order, and invoice off of the estimate. I used to have to retype every step. I used Word for my estimate, Excel spreadsheet to create a job budget, Email to send a material order, Quickbooks to send the invoice. Now I create the estimate which calculates my markup and convert it to a budget, material order, and invoice without retyping it. I also used to have job folders for every job. I went and counted over a thousand folders from old jobs. Now I can leave everything all documents, pictures, customer communication right on Jobnimbus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about JobNimbus? I don't have too much say bad about Jobnimbus. I have been using it since it was a new service and I have seen many bugs or issues resolved over the years and believe they have continued to improve the service. I am not a huge fan of the mobile app, it can be confusing if you are used to the desktop version and it does not have all of the features available on the mobile app. It is a good way to take pictures on the job however. Most of what I dislike most likely is a setting the admin of the account i’m under needs to change. Not able to access customer info after setting status to closed and commissioned is frustrsting. I recently left my prior CRM provider which was a good system, however it was difficult to implement and therefore we never fully used. Two major benefits we have realized immediately with JobNimbus was enhance lead follow-up and the ability to develop and track our contractor referral program.
