"Does everything I need to run my roofing business."

What do you like best about JobNimbus?

I like setting up my templates for estimates. When I close the sale, I can create a budget, material order, and invoice off of the estimate. I used to have to retype every step. I used Word for my estimate, Excel spreadsheet to create a job budget, Email to send a material order, Quickbooks to send the invoice.

Now I create the estimate which calculates my markup and convert it to a budget, material order, and invoice without retyping it.

I also used to have job folders for every job. I went and counted over a thousand folders from old jobs. Now I can leave everything all documents, pictures, customer communication right on Jobnimbus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

I don't have too much say bad about Jobnimbus. I have been using it since it was a new service and I have seen many bugs or issues resolved over the years and believe they have continued to improve the service.

I am not a huge fan of the mobile app, it can be confusing if you are used to the desktop version and it does not have all of the features available on the mobile app. It is a good way to take pictures on the job however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering JobNimbus:

Like any program, it takes a while to remember the steps and features. Once you use it regularly, it becomes a normal part of your daily routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of what I dislike most likely is a setting the admin of the account I’m under needs to change. Not able to access customer info after setting status to closed and commissioned is frustrating. So far my concerns are minimal. Would like to see some additional flexibility in customization in some areas (e.g. for insurance claims, equipment tracking, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JobNimbus solving and how is that benefiting you?

I recently left my prior CRM provider which was a good system, however it was difficult to implement and therefore we never fully used. Two major benefits we have realized immediately with JobNimbus was enhance lead follow-up and the ability to develop and track our contractor referral program.
