I liked that they followed up. I had to reschedule an interview and these guys reached out and asked if i neded help rescheduling for another time. They texted me to remind me of phone interviews too. I felt comfort..like mom was checking up on me

Nothing, its a really good company not sure why it isn't more popular. I'd chose these guys over any other well known sites. Definitely a 10/10

I found my amazing job using Jobley. It was so easy to work with. When I had questions, the responses were immediate, with no waiting on hold or for calls back. The initial setup was very easy, and my boss was able to find my resume through Jobley, which made both of us very happy.

I didn’t know about the bonus I was going to get so they should make that more clear but I’m abviously very thankful.. because if I didn’t reach out after 60 days of employment idk what would have happened

I like that Jobley works with you to find a permanent position, and if it's taking a while, they reach out and give support by contacting jobs. They will also get you interviews if you've already applied or reach out to jobs you recently applied to, making sure everything went well. The initial setup was quite easy, and even though I have been using it for less than a month, they have already reached out to try to help me with permanent placement. Jobley has been very helpful so far, and out of all my new apps, I like Jobley the most.

I would say the website can be improved in some ways. It was hard to navigate at times. It would not let me upload a PDF of my resume, so there could be more options for that. And I just feel like other services are much easier to use.

I like that Jobley is easy to use, and I can choose my locations for job leads. Jobley is valuable to me because it delivers the jobs that I want when I need them. It gives me the option to choose where I want to work, whether part-time, full-time, or even temp jobs. The setup was really easy; all I had to do was make an account and input my resume, and Jobley sent out my resume to jobs hiring near me.

It was very easy to upload my resume.  I found the platform easy to navigate . The office that I was interested in reached out the following morning for an interview.  The Jobley representatives were supportive and engaging throughout my entire interview process.

The only downside was the office contacted me independently and didn't realize they were supposed to use Jobley as a point of contact. That matter was handled easily and professionally.

That we only pay when we hire and that you do not charge a retainer fee to use your system. I love the candidate search feature.

I have only used Jobley recently to post two positions I am struggling with, they are at a dental practice is a very rural area with limited talent. I was hoping to attract more passive candidates by posting on Jobley. So far, I have not received any applicants in over a month.

I am hiring in a few remote locations, I need to find talent that is serious about a career not looking for a short term assignment. I only hire in the dental industry so Jobley is a perfect place for me to find talent.

The best part is, people can register for free, browse job listings (dentist, hygienist, assistant, admin roles in dentistry) and apply with the help of Jobley. Jobley also offers a Nonprofit Support Program: eligible nonprofit dental/safety-net clinics get access to standard hiring services free of charge.

**What do you dislike about Jobley?**

Sometimes pointed out that applying/management process had glitches (e.g., uploading images, location setups) in certain cases. if I am outside the hiring market, opportunities may be very limited or not applicable.

With the help of Jobley platform i can browse jobs, apply without charge, and register on the platform at no cost. I will get career support, they provide help with things like resume writing, interview.

The phone calls during the work day
They communicated via text but if the response wasn’t quick enough they would call and during the work day as a dental professional I cannot just stop with a winter and answer my cell phone

Jobley was my go-to site  for the past month while I was searching for my next career move.  
I especially liked the amount of the many different job listings available in my area.

**What do you dislike about Jobley?**

I really did not experience any negative issues with Jobley other than my cell phone frequently losing connection and sometimes having to re-log back in.

I think it benefits by offering a broader or more comprehensive choice of candidates.

It was an easy platform to use. I had my account created very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Jobley?**

We have multiple dental office locations and the process of adding locations was clunky.  It didn't take at first so I found myself repeating the process.  Uploading images for the site was not as easy as I would have liked.

So far we have not seen any action on the posting we created at Jobley.

So far, Jobley has been easy to sign up for and navigate. They contacted me quickly with an interview opportunity, which shows they are active in connecting people with potential jobs.

**What do you dislike about Jobley?**

I haven’t secured a job through them yet, so I can’t fully evaluate their effectiveness. It would be helpful if the process between interview invitations and actual hiring was faster or more transparent.

**What problems is Jobley solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobley helps connect job seekers with potential employers quickly. Even though I haven’t been hired yet, I’ve already received an interview invitation, which is a positive first step toward finding work.

Nothing much really to like. Pretty cumbersome system and poor support

**What do you dislike about Jobley?**

The online system is pretty cumbersome and confusing. Their support is is poor, takes multiple follow ups for anyone to reply. Candidates are not screened at all despite of providing minimal must have requirements, every single candidate that applied for my position had no required experience or qualifications. Not many candidates applied for the position either, hardly received 5-6 applicants for a front desk position and that too none of them were qualified.

Jobley did not solve any of my problems yet.

I find Jobley's setup and navigation very user-friendly and easy to understand. The immediate hiring feature is highly beneficial, allowing me to access job opportunities quickly. I also receive effective communication from recruiters who inform me about job offerings in my area, which boosts my confidence for interviews.

I dislike the limited number of job listings available on the platform.

They are very nice and seem like they really want to help.

**What do you dislike about Jobley?**

The problem is lack of applicants. We are early in our process with Jobly, but so far have only had one mediocre applicant. We did speak today and hopefully will get better results.

We are searching for a new hygienist, which are in high demand. Supposedly, they are actively searching and trying to find us applicants.
