There are some glitches, sometimes you have to manually adjust things. For example, when you receive in materials, the PO should automatically close the line items, and then when you invoice it should close out the PO. Often times , it will not.
It's a one program fits everything, so at any point communication is open between departments because everything is connected and detailed.
