"Easy, Reliable Time Tracking—With One Login Frustration"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I use Jibble to manage our office hours, including clocking in and out, adding overtime, and clocking in on weekends. It’s much easier to adjust and manage remotely and contact-free. The interface is user-friendly, and the features we need as teachers are easy to find where I expect them. The pages feel polished, and I rarely experience lagging or freezing. Setup was as easy as 1-2-3, and the instructions were so simple that it took just five seconds to explain how everything works. I’d rate Jibble a 10 for recommending it. What do you dislike about Jibble?

I need to log in to Jibble every time I close and reopen my browser. It would be nice if I could stay signed in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Time Tracking But UI Needs Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I appreciate Jibble's modular design that lets me set it up in various ways to meet my different business needs. It helps me manage different types of clients with diverse contractor requirements, whether it's by the hour, month, or specific project codes. The ability to group teams and manage time tracking, billing, invoicing, and utilization regularly is great. Jibble serves as the system of record for time tracking, allowing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations, which is particularly beneficial for working with my bookkeeper. What do you dislike about Jibble?

Jibble is a bit buggy in different ways, and I think the UI could be more intentional—it feels a bit antiquated. The way you click and toggle on certain settings, like groups, and the left navigation are areas that could use some tuning. But, I can figure things out since they're functional enough, so it's not a major complaint. I'm also considering exploring connectivity to other tools through MCP connectors, but I haven't attempted that yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, User-Friendly Time Tracking with Helpful GPS and Reports"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

What I like most about Jibble is its simple and user-friendly interface. It makes tracking attendance, working hours, leave, and timesheets easy for both employees and managers. The mobile app, GPS tracking, and clear reports are especially helpful for managing field and remote teams Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

What I dislike about Jibble is that the mobile app can occasionally experience syncing delays or GPS-related issues. The reporting and customization options are also somewhat limited, especially for complex teams, and some advanced features require a paid plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Hour Tracking, but Reminders Need Fine-Tuning"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I like the layout and format of everything. It’s easy to use and very straightforward. I really appreciate the weekly and monthly views because I can see my hours and overall time without having to find a specific week’s time card, which is a hassle and makes things messy. Jibble makes it easier to submit everything to the office and for them to track each worker’s hours. Setup was super easy; the clear welcome message walked me through the process well. It’s super useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I’ve noticed a bug with the morning reminders: I still get the “don’t forget to clock in at 7” reminder closer to 8 or even 9. I’d like the reminders to be time appropriate, so they match the time they’re sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched Value for Small Teams, Effortlessly Boosts Efficiency"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

As a business owner managing a growing team, Jibble as been an absolute game-changer. I find Jibble incredibly intuitive, reliable, and easy to use, both from a management perspective and for my employees. One of the biggest advantages for me is the ability to track attendance accurately and export timesheets directly into our operating system for payroll processing. This has significantly simplified our administrative processes, saved us valuable time and gives us much better oversight of staff hours. My team have found it straightforward to use, making implementation and day-to-day management effortless. And the best part? There’s a completely free plan and the level of functionality available at no cost is genuinely impressive, especially for small and growing businesses where every operational efficiency matters. Jibble is a brilliant example of technology solving real business problem without unnecessary complexity or expense. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Intuitive Time Tracking with Clear Timesheets and Reports"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

What I like most about Jibble is how simple it is to track working hours and attendance without adding unnecessary complexity. Employees can clock in and out easily, while managers have access to clear timesheets and reports, making it much easier to monitor working hours and manage payroll. The interface is intuitive, setup is quick, and the mobile app is especially useful for teams that work remotely or across different locations. Overall, it's a practical and reliable solution that does exactly what it's designed to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

One thing that could be improved is the reporting and customization options, as they can feel a bit limited for more complex workforce management needs. There are also a few features that take some time to get used to, especially when configuring settings for different teams. While these aren't major issues, having more flexibility in reporting and advanced configurations would make the platform even more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Reliable Attendance Tracking—But Scheduling Falls Short"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I like how Jibble reduces friction for deskless, on-site, and hybrid teams, with its generous free tier and clock-in verification. The tablet kiosk with facial recognition turns a basic tablet into a shared punch clock: the camera verifies someone in a second and logs their punch, without PINs or punch cards. It also eliminates buddy punching without dedicated biometric hardware. I like that the initial rollout is generally smooth, with most teams getting operational in about 20–45 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I find Jibble’s shift scheduling limited. It doesn’t offer dynamic shift planning, a drag-and-drop shift calendar, open-shift bidding, or shift swapping, so I’d need a separate platform to manage rotating rosters. Its break structures also feel rigid, especially when a shift requires both a paid rest break and an unpaid meal break. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple UI, Handy Mobile Access, and a Project-Wise Summary"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

Simple UI with almost no learning curve. The mobile app makes access easier, and I like having a project-wise summary that keeps things clear and organized. Bulk copy is a life-saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

Resume button always shows the last activity, and there’s no way to change it. Also, after adding time, it doesn’t always show up on the bar chart unless I refresh. Finally, bulk copy/insert should be flexible enough to let me copy from any prior week or month, not just the most recent one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Time Tracker"
4/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

Real-time, active tracking of hours and tasks. Even if the internet goes off, it will still record the working hours for as long as you're not logging off. I experienced an internet interruption too many times but Jibble doesn't log me out every time. It will still record the data you just have to reconnect, saves me the trouble on sending too much ticket Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I think too many screenshots of what I'm doing, it's like taking screenshot every 2 minutes or more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Attendance with Real-Time Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I like Jibble for its attendance report and real-time visibility. It makes attendance monitoring easier by showing who is present, late, absent, or hasn't clocked in. I also appreciate that it reduces the need for separate attendance spreadsheets and lessens the time spent collecting and calculating attendance data. It's useful for reviewing reports for payroll, management, and performance purposes and helps identify recurring attendance issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

There are some areas in Jibble that could be improved. Setting up training for new employees may take some time as they need to learn the system. Managers also have to understand the settings and reports. There are occasional clock-in mistakes where employees might forget to clock in or out, requiring managers to correct these errors. Additionally, some features depend on the Jibble subscription plan being used, which could be a limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
