"Free, Unlimited Users with Instant AI Help"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

The fact that this is a free app with no limit to the amount of users on it is unlike any other app that I have researched (and I have researched a lot!)

The AI help bar gave me the answers to my questions immediately and it is super user friendly to figure out the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I wish the kiosk mode was available on a desktop. It was a bit inconvenient to find an ipad for my teachers to check in on, but we figured it out in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Time Tracking and Leave Management, but the Mobile App Could Be More Reliable"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

What I like most about Jibble is how easy it is to use for both employees and management. The platform provides a simple and efficient way to track working hours, making it much easier to manage attendance and timesheets. One of the best features is the holiday and leave management system. Employees can submit leave requests quickly, and managers can review and approve them without any complicated process. The interface is clear, user-friendly, and requires very little training to get started. It helps reduce administrative work, improves visibility of employee attendance, and keeps all records organized in one place. Overall, Jibble is a reliable and practical tool that simplifies workforce management and saves valuable time for everyone involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

One area where Jibble could be improved is the mobile app experience. Occasionally, some team members experience issues with the app not functioning properly, which can make clocking in and out less reliable. While these issues are not frequent, they can be frustrating when they occur. Another feature that took some time for our team to understand is that Jibble does not allow two active clock-in sessions at the same time. This restriction makes sense from a tracking perspective, but it is not immediately obvious to new users and can cause confusion until they become familiar with the system. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, but improvements in these areas would enhance the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Time Tracking with Facial Recognition"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I really love using Jibble because it helps me keep track of all my guys on job sites, and having everything in one place is really convenient. The easy-to-use interface stands out to me. I particularly value the facial recognition feature for clock-ins, as it helps recognize my crew when they're actually on-site without me needing to be there. It's great that all the hours, including breaks, are documented in one page with total week hours all in one place. Additionally, setting up Jibble was one of the easiest experiences I've had since starting my own business, which I really appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Time Tracking and Payroll Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I appreciate Jibble's easy-to-use platform, which enhances my user experience and ensures that navigating through its features is straightforward and efficient. Time tracking capabilities in Jibble are invaluable to me, as they help in monitoring the hours worked by my team, streamlining our workflow significantly. The initial setup of Jibble was incredibly easy, rating it a perfect 10 out of 10, which speaks volumes about its user-centric design and intuitive installation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I find the holiday features in Jibble lacking. It would be beneficial to have more knowledge and features related to managing holidays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Efficient Time Tracking with Minor Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I like Jibble because it makes tracking our employees' clock in and clock out times hassle-free compared to using traditional biometrics. It's flexible since employees can use their registered devices to clock in and out. I appreciate the easy extraction and monitoring of employees' time entries. I also like that I can group employees per role or location, which allows me to easily sort and see who forgot to clock in or if it's their day off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

There are times when we experience offline issues with the mobile app even though we're connected to the internet. We often need to refresh, close the app, and reopen it, or even reboot it. Additionally, there's a delay in uploading entries, where an employee might have clocked in, but it doesn't show on my dashboard immediately, which is frustrating especially when viewing it via kiosk or if I'm working remotely. "Jibble: Seamless Time Tracking, Smart Automation, and Effortless Invoicing"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I like that it has a lot of options, like location, tasks, etc. Switching tasks while time tracking is seamless. I also like that I'm able to create my invoice without having to use another software. Performance-wise, it covers all the things I need to track time. A remote time tracker is only as good as its ability to plug into your existing ecosystem, and Jibble excels here. It integrates seamlessly with popular project management and communication tools, including Slack, which is our main communication tool at work. Jibble stands out with one of the most generous 100% free-forever plans on the market, offering unlimited users basic time tracking, automated timesheets, and essential reporting. Jibble leverages smart technology to streamline administrative oversight and ensure data accuracy without micromanaging, like Facial Recognition and Smart Automated Reminders. Getting a home-based team up and running with Jibble takes minutes, not days. The onboarding workflow is clean and modern, featuring step-by-step setup wizards and role-based permissions that make setting up remote departments effortless. For home-based teams and remote businesses looking to streamline hours, automate payroll data, and keep projects on track, Jibble offers an unbeatable combination of value, intelligence, and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

While Jibble is a top-tier time tracker for remote and home-based teams, it isn't without its drawbacks. Depending on how your team operates, here are a few. Aggressive Face Recognition Settings: The AI face-matching feature can occasionally be overly sensitive or slow to recognize users in low-light environments, leading to clock-in friction for remote employees working early or late hours. Limited Customization in Basic Reporting: While raw timesheet exports are accurate, building highly tailored, complex visual reports directly inside the app can feel restrictive compared to dedicated business intelligence or project management platforms. "Cost-Effective Time Tracking with Strong Integration but Needs More Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I like that Jibble is more affordable than other systems that provide the same level of services. I also appreciate its integration with other software, although I hope for more integrations in the future. Additionally, I really like the feature that allows us to conceal sensitive information, which is important because we have several clients enforcing strict HIPAA laws. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I hope Jibble could improve by having the ability to flag an "admin" if a user is on a forbidden web page or site. It would also be better for Jibble to differentiate types of productivity, as it sometimes flags important activities like meetings as unproductive. These improvements could enhance its functionality significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Kiosk Clock-In"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

It seems to have all the features I need in the free version of the software. I like that I can use a tablet as a clock in kiosk for our team. So far we are still in the testing phases but it looks like it's going to perform very well for us. It was easy to get set up and the support articles are very helpful. The interface is very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

The only downside is that my team members can't adjust their time in the clock in kiosk, they have to make an account in order to be able to make their own time adjustments, which for some of the older folks on my team - another account login is annoying. This isn't the end of the world but it would be nice if they could just adjust their time right in the kiosk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Generous Free Plan with Simple Setup and Reliable Time Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

What I like most about Jibble is its generous free plan that doesn't compromise the core features. It's straightforward to set up, the interface is simple to use, and attendance and time-tracking work reliably for our small team. It's a solid, cost-effective option for startups or businesses looking for an easy attendance solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

The free plan has some limitations, particularly around advanced reporting and customization. Several features are reserved for paid plans, and the mobile app can occasionally feel sluggish. That said, as a free solution it still offers excellent value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Reliable Time Tracking Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

What I like best about Jibble is that it is simple and easy to use for tracking work hours. The clock-in and clock-out process is quick, and it helps maintain transparency in time tracking. I also like that it gives a clear view of attendance, working hours, and productivity, which is useful while working remotely with Turing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I do not have any major dislikes about Jibble. It works well for time tracking, but the user experience could be made even smoother with clearer notifications and simpler navigation in some sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
