"Effortless Time Tracking with Robust Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

The automated timesheet generation paired with reliable verification features stands out most. The facial recognition and mobile GPS geofencing ensure that clock-ins are authentic and verified right at the office location, which eliminates manual attendance registers and proxy check-ins. On a daily basis, switching between different project buckets takes just two clicks, so developers can track accurate hours per task without disrupting their code workflow. At the end of every week, our managers can view instant breakdowns of total hours, overtime, and project distribution in clear visual graphs, saving hours of manual consolidation. What do you dislike about Jibble?

While core time logging is solid, the reporting section could benefit from deeper customization. Creating multi-tiered summary reports that group data simultaneously by client, project sub-task, and individual employee often requires exporting raw CSVs into Excel for post-processing. Additionally, when team members move between poor cellular data and office Wi-Fi, the mobile app occasionally takes 10 to 15 seconds to sync the clock-in status back to the live dashboard. "Effortless Project Time Tracking with an Intuitive, Efficient Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

What I like best about Jibble is how easy it is to track time across different projects. The project time tracking feature helps our team accurately log billable hours and monitor time spent on each task. I also find the Chrome extension very convenient because I can start and stop timers directly from my browser without disrupting my workflow. The interface is intuitive, reporting is straightforward, and it has made time tracking much more organized and efficient for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

One area that could be improved is the customization of reports and dashboards, as there are times when we need more flexibility in how project data is presented. Occasionally, the Chrome extension may require a page refresh or re-login after browser updates, but it doesn't happen often. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, and they haven't significantly affected our team's productivity or overall experience with Jibble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, reliable, and easy for everyday time tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

We've been using Jibble to track working hours across our team, and it has made the process much more organized. The interface is straightforward, so even new team members can start using it without needing much explanation.

What I like most is how quick it is to clock in and out, and how easy it is to review timesheets at the end of the week. The reports provide the information we need without feeling overly complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

There are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced reporting and customization options feel a bit limited, and occasionally the mobile app takes an extra moment to sync. These are relatively minor issues, though, and haven't affected our daily workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective and Seamless for Attendance Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I really like how Jibble is cost-effective and super easy to use, even for non-technical employees in my industry who usually struggle with technology. The app's straightforward face scanning feature is a hit. Plus, it integrates seamlessly with our custom-built ERP system using its APIs. I also heavily use the geolocation feature, which is a big help in tracking employee movements across multiple sites. Setting it up was a breeze, no issues at all, and I plan to keep using it. It's fantastic for managing the attendance of my construction site staff, who don’t report to a single office every day. Before, everything was done on WhatsApp, which wasn't verifiable, so this is a huge improvement. Plus, I’ve already recommended it to many others because it scores a perfect 10 in my book! What do you dislike about Jibble?

There are a couple of tweaks I wish Jibble had. It would be great to configure grace timing periods and have automatic deductions based on those. Managing leave balances within Jibble would also be amazing, making it an all-in-one suite. Additionally, having more APIs, like live location API, would be beneficial for integrating with my in-house ERP. Payroll calculation features would also be a nice addition. "Effortless Time Tracking with Jibble"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I really appreciate how easy Jibble is to use, whether I'm on my browser or another platform. It's been very simple to track my time accurately and add hours if needed, which is great when I need to present hours to clients for project billing. I love the way Jibble shows me a daily, weekly, and monthly view of my time, which simplifies the review process. The user experience is really user-friendly, from adding a project to tracking time. The UI is intuitive, coloring different types of work so I can easily categorize activities. This makes the UX and UI my most used and favorite features. Setting up Jibble was also incredibly straightforward, taking just 15 minutes. Among several tools, Jibble stood out as the easiest to get started with. Lastly, the professional nature of Jibble reassures clients when it comes to tracking accuracy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I wish Jibble would improve how it shows the total hours spent on a project. Right now, switching between the weekly and monthly views to find this information makes it feel hidden. I'd love to have a dashboard where I can easily click on a project and see the total hours, along with a breakdown, maybe in a pie chart showing different tasks. Jibble might already do this, but it's not prominently displayed on the main dashboard, and making it more visible would enhance the user-friendliness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Straightforward Onboarding with Clear Support Resources"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

Getting started with Jibble was quick and straightforward. The onboarding process was simple, and the interface made it easy to set up our team without much training. Whenever we needed help, the support resources and documentation were clear and useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

Jibble works well overall, but I would like to see more customization options for reports and dashboards. Some advanced features also take a little time to explore, so a few more guided tutorials would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Tracking with Room for CRM Integration"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I really like how Jibble tracks the complete route of employees from their start point to their final clock-out time. This feature lets me use my own software to calculate the number of kilometers traveled. The updates on my staff's daily activities and performance KPIs are incredibly useful for keeping management informed about company performance and providing an overall review of business health. I also found the initial setup to be pretty easy, as I managed everything on my own with just one call with a Jibble expert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I think Jibble could really use some improvement in terms of adding a bit of CRM functionality. Right now, it only provides basic information like clock-in times and work duration, without the ability for my tele callers to input more detailed information. It would be great if there was a way to measure the number of kilometers that field executives travel too. This addition would save me a lot of back-end work that I currently have to do manually. "Feature-Rich Yet User-Friendly Time Tracking That Streamlines Remote Attendance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

What I appreciate most about Jibble is the balance between a robust, feature-rich platform and a surprisingly user-friendly experience. It has fundamentally streamlined how we manage our remote team’s attendance.

Jibble plays well with our existing tech stack. The ability to sync data with tools like Slack saves our team significant administrative time. It’s a huge plus that the data flows automatically, reducing the risk of manual entry errors.

The software is highly reliable. Even when our team is in the field, the app performs consistently. I’ve found the offline sync feature to be a lifesaver it captures attendance data even when the internet is spotty and updates everything perfectly once the connection is restored.

The "free forever" model is incredibly generous for small teams, but the paid tiers provide excellent ROI as you scale. Given how much time we save on manual payroll preparation and the reduction in "buddy punching" thanks to their verification tools, the cost is easily justified by the administrative savings.

Onboarding was a breeze. The walkthroughs and pop-up tutorials helped us set up our first projects and schedules in minutes. While the support is heavily AI-driven, I’ve found the bot to be very effective at answering technical questions, and it’s usually enough to resolve issues immediately.

The AI-powered facial recognition is a standout. It provides a level of accountability that we simply didn't have with paper or manual systems. Additionally, the AI-assisted time entry where you can simply type in what you worked on and have it log the entry is a game-changer for productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable attendance tracking with excellent geofencing features"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

It just works without getting in the way. The interface is super clean, clocking in/out takes one tap, and the facial recognition feature completely eliminated buddy punching for our team. The reports generated at the end of the pay period are accurate and ready for payroll without needing hours of clean-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

While the software overall is great, the mobile dashboard feels a bit limited compared to the web app—it would be nice if managers had access to deeper real-time reports directly on their phones. Also, filtered reports can sometimes take a little trial and error to set up when trying to isolate specific project metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
